Had a pickup that has been ready for a few days. I pick up my order just to get home and find out I'm missing a bag. Call the store and there is barely any accountability just mono tone apologies. Never again, I didn't even want my order sent there I prefer Fairfield Commons. I don't recommend they are clearly incompetent to look for a name and grab the correct bags 👎🏽

Pick out two pairs of jeans that says buy one get one 50% off directly above them. They scan out to be full price and then they tell me that's only for very specific models of jeans. Not the ones that are directly below the sign. The workers don't know which specific pairs of jeans are buy one get one 50% off. Also they don't accept returns from online orders. So all this store does is waste your time. What was even the reason walking into a mall. No wonder stores keep going out of business because of scams like this. There's no way I was going to pay over $100 for jeans.

Young people nowadays know nothing of customer service. My dad worked retail for years and if it's before time to close even if it's a minute or two, to help the customer out. Especially for a simple return

Jeans! I can only order my size either online or in the store because I am taller but they have jeans that fit me!! If your tall and have long legs check out the extra long jeans from here! I am 6ft and skinny and jeans don't exist in regular stores for me.

Thank you so much to the kind woman working tonight that walked my husband’s grandma through the mall & all the way to her car. It was nighttime & the sales associate didn’t feel comfortable letting her go out alone. That meant so much to her & to us after she shared the story. She has a difficult time walking alone & especially in the dark in unfamiliar places. Have a wonderful holiday & again thank you so very much! ?
