Ordered pickup, arrived 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, waited in line for 20 minutes to be told that they didn't have the ingredients to make it. Couldn't refund or cancel it themselves and I had to contact support to get a refund which is still ongoing. Nothing against the staff itself but the location is clearly understaffed and poorly managed. Wasted gas, time, and energy. Very disappointed, taking my business somewhere else.

Only car in line 10 minutes to get two roast beef sandwiches. There are two years to straighten up the drive-thru with this covid.

Location was out of the main thing "Roast Beef" There always out of something! Will not be going back to this location anytime soon.

Just gross. Gave it a couple tries and even with the low bar of it being an Arby’s it still disappoints. For the price you might as well pay like $3 more and get way better take out in the Oregon

Employees were so friendly and funny. Food was hot and freshly made. Service was fast.

Terrible cheese steak. Bun was soggy and wet. Meat and sauce looked like vomit and fell out of the soggy bun. That is the 2 nd time in a row I have been disappointed. Will never go back

I love Arby's, but the whole chain need an asthetic update. My nearest Arby's parking lot looks like small bombs went off in the lot. It's the main reason I don't go to that particular one. I just take a drive to another one.

Just like everything wlse that is so called greater in Dayton. The beverage dispenser is contaminated of something. It is at least very DIRTY. To the point where you may receive a sore throat. P.S. public health is just as terrible as y'all for not caring enough about their dear old people!

I walked in at 9:22 on a Saturday I watched one of the employees eat off a sandwich he was making. And then wrap it and serve it to drive thru. I instantly said something directly to him and the manager. The manager wasn't doing her job either the fact that your running a shift and you don't enforce safety and cleanliness blows my mind. As I told her the issue she was so nonchalant about my complaint as if she didn't care. This is a horrible place to eat. But it all starts with management SERIOUSLY THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT.

We waited for 15 minutes and parts of our order were missing and part of the order was wrong. Food tasted old and just wasn't good. Buns were stale. Will never visit this location again.
