Had a wonderful experience with this shop. As a single women who knows nothing about vehicles they made sure to go the extra mile and explain the repair and pricing to me in detail. The turn around time was quick so I had my vehicle back. I also had my car detailed here and it looked amazing inside and out! Best detail I’ve ever had done. I will definitely be a return customer for all my vehicle needs.

Such a great experience! My daughter’s car started making a noise and she wasn’t sure what it was. So I told her to call and make an appointment! She did she got in same day and she needed an oil change and they got her in and out in a few hours. Will definitely be going back Judah and Bob were awesome!

Scheduled diagnostics appointment for strong fuel smell at rear of truck cab, and increasing CEL warnings for EVAP leak, search revealed the locking ring for the fuel pump assy had rusted and failed causing tank fuel vapors to escape. brought truck back on a move convenient date and had fuel pump and rusted lock ring replaced. work took about 1 day, waiting on parts. So far, so good. Good group of people, accomodating to my schedule and needs. I recommend as a reliable shop for most all mechanical repairs.

I took a 2008 toyota prius to these guys that I had purchased 1-2 months prior from a used car lot. Unbeknownst to me, it had a hymotion Electric Vehicle conversion kit installed that was undisclosed when purchasing the vehicle.
Recently the check engine light went on and it had issues reaching speeds above 30mph.
Initially I took the vehicle to a toyota mechanic and they didn't know much about the Hymotion conversion kit. The Toyota mechanic charged me ~$190 diagnostic fee and quoted me a $7k job to remove the after market parts not guaranteeing that it would fix my issue. Looking for a second opinion I went to Arc.
Bob and the team at Arc helped me diagnose the real issue instead of offering partswap or charging for unnecessary work. They initially said they would charge a diagnostic fee but waived it because there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. Even though no actual maintenance was done, they went above and beyond and I felt like they really care about their customers. Bob researched the hymotion conversion kit and left me with the information regarding hymotion conversion kit that was instrumental to getting the vehicle running properly.
I will %100 take all my vehicle repairs to ARC in the future.

God loving business that cares about you and your family's safety. This place isn't like midas or any other mechanic shop. They will tell you what is wrong and no extras that are NOT needed. They keep it fair and honorable. Hard to find businesses that don't just want your money. They want your vehicle at its highest saftey rating. They handle everything with care. Best mechanic shop anyone can go to! Highly recommend!!

ARC is seriously the best around. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. They are good honest mechanics and fair when it comes to pricing. They always get me in quickly and are very efficient and prompt.
