Had the worst experience at this store and would not recommend anyone going here. I’ve spent the past 24 hours trying to get my phone upgraded and was sent home with a brand new phone that doesn’t work or won’t connect to the att network and a staff of employees who don’t know what to do. I’ve gone back to the store 3 times to see why my phone won’t activate and was told they won’t give me a refund or switch out the phone for a new one even though I just bought it and can’t use it. A 1000 dollar phone. Honestly just go to any other att store. Here was my experience.
A staff member named Leslie waited on me. I told her I wanted to pay off my phone ($333.34) she acted shocked like I didn’t know what I was doing, then she called me broke to her manager and tried to bully me into buying accessories, I told her I didn’t want the extra coverage on my phone I was ok with apple care and she wouldn’t take no for an answer and I believed charged my account for the new att insurance, messed up my activation so bad that my phone can no longer be activated and I have to wait a few hours and come back to see if it works or go to the Apple Store now and see if they can help me (that’s what the manager told me. I’ve never had to go to another business to finish activating my phone before), so after 3hrs I came back to the store only for them to act like I’m bothering them and that this is all my fault somehow. I went to the store at 11am and it’s 3am and I can only use this phone with WiFi. I have no service on this phone, live alone, and use my phone for work. If there’s an emergency I can’t call anyone for help.
I was in this store for HOURS and in that time nothing was done to help me and I watched them aggravate another customer so bad she cancelled her service right then and there and left att. Just don’t go to this store if you want to be treated with respect and professionalism.
I should have known not to go here because the day before I was at att trying to do the same thing and was given the run around and in that time I saw Leslie dealing with a customer and stop in the middle to call her AAA and argue with them about whether or not she ordered a tow truck. It was completely ridiculous and unprofessional. Then when she was helping me she messed up the persons account before me and another person came behind her to fix that persons issue and Leslie told me “she forgets things all the time”, this whole experience has been a nightmare and once it’s finally over I’ll contact cooperate.

I would think twice about going to this store. The customer service needs help and Heather was a very unhelpful "manager" . At the end of spending 5 hrs at the greene store, I ended up having to go to the Far Hills Avenue location where I was helped within the hour...

Horrible customer service. Heather is not a good manager and needs retraining.

When I had to move service into my name after my dad's death, they made it just about as hard as they could even knowing the circumstances. Then on Christmas Eve they turned my Internet off because I was a day late. That's not a big deal, and I just paid it but there are other people struggling in the holidays and if AT&T will do that to me, they'll do it a family in need.

This review has nothing to do with products and services that AT&T itself offers, but employees there.
First issue I had was that about 30 minutes after opening, with a store full of about 8-10 customers, that’s when some genius decides it’s time to run the vacuum cleaner so that people would have some difficulty communicating.
When it was out turn to get some assistance, the employee didn’t bother to get up from her seat… she instead remained seated and beckoned us to go to her.
There was an issue on our end to continue getting the help we needed but this employee made zero effort to investigate things or find alternatives (which, at a different store, we discovered those alternatives existed). This lady had no desire to help customers and it was more than evident. I guess it’s her good fortune that I didn’t get her name. I’m not one to publicly shame anyone, but she absolutely would have been privately shamed to the store manager because she really needs to be working somewhere else. Customer service isn’t for her. And I won’t be coming back to this location.
Sorry to complain, but there were no redeeming qualities of the employees there that I could see.

Me and my wife got new phones and watches. Austin was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this store. The store had an issue with nats but other than that, it was a great experience.

I cannot express the amount of gratitude I hold towards the employees here, I had an issue what's the call center for prepaid plan, however the store no longer has the access to fix prepaid problems but they still sat on the phone for me for hours this was over two different days just to help me get my phone back in service I was outside of phone and couldn't work for almost 2 weeks. AT&T you need to give them some sort of appreciation for their customer service skills and most importantly, compassion and patience.

I had a very positive experience. I have never had a negative experience with AT&T ever.

Maverick was extremely rude and in a complete hurry when I went to take the help one of the other amazing employees had offered.
He seemed he didn't want to work with me. I understand I made things challenging, but it doesn't give him the right to treat me poorly and, on top of it, install accessories in the wrong way. I now have to spend extra money to fix what he did.
His rudeness made me feel I was stupid and old and I didn't understand what needed to be done.
I get it technology changed, but I am not a grandma, and even if I was, I would have liked a respectful young kid to explain nicely what I needed to do and how, without being in a rush.
I should have waited for the other employee to finish with the customer in front of me so he could have helped me instead.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND having Maverick on the floor with customers, he may know quite a bit, but his customer service skills are terrible.
