I bought calipers from the Airway store,brought the core back the next day , unfortunately I lost my bank card the night before and had to get a new card .No one in the store could help. I spent 232.00 on calipers with the core charge that I didn't really have and now have to wait 2 more days to get my money back and was told that because I didn't have the same bank card that I probably couldn't get the cash back , but store credit instead , not to mention that they were very unprofessional. Thanks alot Autozone , I think I will start spending my money somewhere else from now on !

I stopped at the Airway rd location in the rain because my wipers were leaving my windshield streaky. I walked inside and 4 workers were at the desk talking and no one acknowledged me. I stood at the register and one man made eye contact. I told him I need my wiper blades put on because I didn’t know how to do it. Immediately, the female worker said let Zach do it and they both laughed. The guy asked about my car make and model and went to get my wiper. I waited about 15 minutes for the designated Zach to get free and the others wasted time. Zach went out and put in the wiper and said it didn’t lay flat, try it. The rain had stopped so I did try them and it cleaned the windshield in front of my face.
I get on the highway annoyed at the lack of service but happy that my wipers were “fixed”. It begins to rain and I see the wiper isn’t actually cleaning my windshield. By this time I was about 15 minutes from the store I had just left.
I went to Google and found the Springfield location for AutoZone was near me. I went inside and told them the situation, the lady inside was nice as could be and knew what the problem was right away. Everyone inside the store was smiling and friendly. It was like night and day treatment from the other location.
AutoZone in Riverside needs a complete overhaul on their employees treatment of customer and knowledge of their products.

This place is so bad I can't believe it's real. The absolute only good part about this location is it's open till midnight but that's it. The staff is horrendous. They don't greet you or even ask if you need anything then you go stand up front to check out and these buffoons will stand there talking to each other ignoring you. If you have a question use google cuz these guys know nothing about cars and can only look up item numbers so they are worthless. One guy said my issue was the clutch pedal on an auto car...The loud goofy older guy is like nails down a chalkboard loudly doing an unfunny stand up routine instead of his job and on two separate occasions this guy left to go smoke a cig with a long line at the register leaving a single person up there alone. This company does not like to pay their employees anything so it's a revolving door of people every month with the exception being the loud mouth old guy I mentioned who also thinks he is funny but I assure you he isnt. Just order stuff online it's cheaper.

There is not a single time I walk into this store that there isn't a massive line.
This place desperately needs more staff.

The young guy working there is rude and disrespectful all I asked for is to find me a something and he said that if you didn’t find it it’s not there by a rude accent so there’s an old man came and helped us and found it, I mean if he didn’t want to work leave the store.

Prices are a little high, but, the airway location is pretty much the only place to get auto parts until midnight.

Today Adrian solved a problem I had with my rearview mirror. I can tell the other employees depend on him a lot but he took the time and had the patience to reattach my mirrow. I could had not done it myself and i am very grateful. Adrian is a "keeper."
