Multiple times i've gone up to this shop And have received the wrong parts, whether it be oil, filters, brake pads, etc. Today, as I'm changing the oil and ultimately realize I have the wrong oil filter and caught app there because they closed in exactly 5 minutes when I'm 2 minutes down the road and asked if they would please, because I need my work car tomorrow for work if they could maybe stay Uber a minute or 2 to help. Resolve this issue and hand me the right oil filter, and they said that they will not to come at the right time.
I don't know too many companies. That wouldn't wait a minute or 2 to resolve a problem that they caused. I could care less whether or not because of that problem I make it to work or not period so yes, I'll have to go to a different shop to get the right part. That's way out of my way now just a Little heads up. Daniel customers who wanna go through there. That's the type of employees and management that you will be dealing with.

I went to this store to buy parts. Nick a worker there. Said he could do the work and get the parts. Never got the new parts. Nor my money back. But since the store now have my money and my parts. I have to take Nick and AutoZone to court to get my money or my parts. Don't know what kinda scheme y'all got going but I'm contacting the courts AutoZone is responsible for my money my parts and my truck getting fixed. Your employees are not honest at this store. He said my parts were under his telephone number. But I paid for them

I came in with an engine light on. Barbara was very helpful from the beginning. Hooked the computer to my van, printed out the error code/details. I looked it up and the work was going to be a hassle. But I decided to first try and top off the coolant, as it could had been part of the issue. She was nice enough to do it for me and pointed out that I would probably still need to replace a part because the coolant was not flowing well. Felt like I was right at home! Thanks to Barbara for her time and dedication!!

Working on a car is stressful.. there's been a few times almost cried...
However the district manager Jamal at this location was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Christopher S the gentleman that helped me go through five different parts.. he never got frustrated with me.. absolutely patient professional and I cannot ask better experience.. I cannot thank these gentlemen enough.

I did not get his you could tell I got iol for my s 10 2003 gave me air filter oil filter antifreeze and transmission fluid I asked him to get it all for me Because They no longer have them books at oil,spark, auto info you know want I mean Help a guy that wants to look for something I and all I could do is take his time up we are looking at computer amazing work that he done but you need to get some book

I don’t know what’s going on with Auto Zone but all the parts I’ve been getting from there have all been junk. I have went through four alternators. I was all John ride out the gate to starters was junk right out the gate I mean like seriously and then their ball joints are plastic now I mean seriously man like what a rip off.EDIT… auto zone has reached out to me and took care of me good way of taking care of you’re customers… it’s greatly appreciated.
