I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. Although cars were clearly available on-site, the online booking process did not indicate any issues or restrictions. Upon arrival, the customer service was unhelpful and insisted that I upgrade the car, which was never mentioned during the booking. This lack of transparency and poor service was frustrating and unexpected. I hope the company improves its communication and customer support going forward.

Very rude when asking questions about rentals if you don’t like your job don’t work !!! Didn’t even attempt to help me find another location that could help me

Reserved car because ours was having service done. Everyone I met was very friendly and professional even the lady in the morning. Car was fine for what we needed but could of used some better tires if we were traveling far. A+

I would give a -100 if there was an option here. I agree the staff who work at this location are extremely rude and arrogant. They also exhibit a racist attitude and behavior. Every time I book for a reservation online, and then go to the location for pickup, they say they don’t have any vehicle available for pick up and that they can’t control what we see on the website. At this point, I would like to question Avis/Budget, then what’s the point of this online website? If you’re not willing to update the inventory online then there’s no purpose for us customers to make a reservation online. We make plans and reserve a car only to go to the location and find out that the don’t care about our online reservation which causes so much inconvenience and to top it of all, the customer representatives at the Wilmington location are exponentially disrespectful to the customers. The guy in the shift on the 17th Aug, 2024 until 1pm was very inconsiderate and there’s another woman who usually sits there who is also very disrespectful and rude. There must be some sort of action taken here after seeing other peoples reviews as well for your business to get better.

I tried to swap the car with this team and they were not at all helpful even though I said the car was unsafe to drive to the location that I took, would’ve been helpful if they have adjusted something to continue my journey.

A lot of reviews talk about the rude staff and they couldn’t be more right. It also feels like the owners apologize for the rude behavior and nothing more, we need actual action over the rude customer service. Whoever was the lady that worked the opening shift on May 4th is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and overall terrible attitude. She said and I quote, “take it or go somewhere else because I’m not dealing with you today”, after I simply just asked why the car I’m getting is not the standard SUV I reserved. Please give whoever the lady with pink nails, and lots of rings that worked the opening shift on May 4th some sort of disciplinary action, because that is just no way to treat a customer whatsoever. This is not okay

I been using them for years. But one time I used the same method I always use "PayNow" was to get a free day but they charged me anyways. Called to negotiate but nope they didn't care.

I've been coming to this location for years. Because of this, I've gotten to know the workers. I prefer this location over any others. I also like the dropbox option & its close to home.

Vehicle selected online wasn't available at actual location(s). I prepaid for an compact car and ended up with a mini SUV, which was more expensive. Representative at Wilmington Pike, Kettering, Ohio indicated they haven't carried small cars for awhile and stated what's available online never matches what's actually on hand. This was a first in all my years of car rental experience. Inconvienent when on a budget while traveling.
