The employees who put my shower in were outstanding! They got right to work, explained everything about the installation and in 2 days I had a great looking shower that is everything I was looking for.

We originally used Bath Creations to install a new tub and shower surrounds 21 years ago and it has held up GREAT! Just recently, we noticed a small crack so we gave them a call. We thought we might have to replace the whole thing (still possible in the future) but for now, they were able to repair the crack so no water gets under the tub overlay. VERY happy with their service!

Bath Creations just completed a bathroom remodel for us and we are more than pleased! The workmanship of Aaron and John was stellar.
They were so polite, considerate and professional. Their attention to detail was impressive. Alex was great to work with as he went over all the job details and was always concerned that everything was as it should be. We highly recommend Bath Creations!

My experience with Bath Creations has been more than pleasing. Starting with meeting Nickie in the show room very pleasant to deal with. She got us schedule in a timely fashion for Dave S, our sales rep. He listen to our needs and had great ideals we never even knew was possible due to his years of experience. Then Alex the installation manager came out and measure our project to make sure our renovation was going to go as planned. explained everything in great detail so we were never left unsure about what we are receiving. The installer Aaron and chase are beyond what we expected. Every aspect of the renovation we were included in. There was even mold behind our wall and the Installer immediately took action on addressing the mold. My wife was extremely concerned. Aaron reassured us they have it covered. By the next morning of the renovation there was no signs of mold. The end of the 2nd day, Aaron brought us in to show is how to operate and clean our beautiful new shower. we can not put in words how great the unit looks and put my wife and I at ease knowing we are much safer with this new shower than our old tub. Dave pushed us to have grab bars installed and that was best recommendation I can give to any one looking for a tub to shower conversion like us ! THANK YOU BATH CREATIONS TEAM !

Our small bathroom had several issues being that it was so small. The experience has been excellent from the salesman to the great installers. The installers included us in the decision making instead of just doing! They cleaned everything up at the end of the day. So polite and conscientious. They waited to start project until everything in and worked until it was done. The quality is high end. They did everything I asked for. That matters. Now on the next bathroom! You will be so glad you selected Bath Creations for your update!!

New to the Miami Valley area, we thoroughly researched multiple bath installers to upgrade our owner’s shower. Thankfully we selected Bath Creations. Their selection of hardware and wall tile was beautiful, high quality, and expansive. During our visit to the showroom, Alex was very helpful explaining the various design options. When we left, we were very confident that they had listened and understood our ideas and wants. Just to make sure everything was accurate Alex came to our home to verify measurements and again discuss the details of our project. BC kept us posted on the availability of the materials and the scheduling. Each day they notified us when they were enroute. Each shift, no work started until after they had laid ground clothes to protect our wooden flooring enroute to the bathroom. At every stage of the project, they checked with us to verify our expectations. Alex, Aaron, and Lane were very polite and respectful of our home and time. After each work shift, they cleaned up and you would not even know they had been here. Aaron and Lane were very thoughtful in their work in both the design and execution and give it their best effort. The exceptional end result of our project shows that these guys are perfectionists and take great pride in their work.
