Always has a battery for whatever car I have and always at a better price than going to a major business like AutoZone and O'Reilly

Ever since been passed away the business went downhill they overcharge you now and they're never and when they're not here they'll put a note on the door saying they're at lunch until 1:30 and they still don't show up until late it is now 1:44 and they are still not here very bad business since Ben's been gone I recommend not coming to this place anymore because I won't I will be looking for a new place

The customer service was superb! Ben took excellent care of my car and the price for the service he’d provided was very reasonable!

One star is generous. I could have put $40 more together and bought a brand new battery from advance that works. Cost me hundreds of dollars between towing and coming out to see if Ben wants to even open his shop for the day. Not the same shop it was years ago.

As soon as you walk in there's batteries on concrete. But at your own risk, had my battery for less than a month and it died. Then Ben refused to give me a replacement, I had to call the police to have him give me another battery that needs a jump right off rip. Dead cell batteries is what this place should be called!

I attempted to save money by using them for a battery replacement, but they ended up damaging my computer and refuse to take responsibility for it. As a result, it will cost me much more than what I initially saved. I would not recommend their services; you will be taking a risk by using them.

They must just pick a price at the top of the head because I wasn't able to get my car started so I couldn't get over there but the battery went from 50 to 60 to 70 dollars each time and it was within a 2-day period. Seem kind of scamish to me. The 1st guy was nice but the workers are scamming. Then said their card machine doesn't work bring cash . The 1st guy said we can take your card. 😒
