My experience at Best Buy in Centerville with Heidi has been exceptional. She has assisted me twice provided great knowledge on how to operate my camera. I give her 10 stars and great customer service.

I am over 70. Two of the help are more interested in themselves than me. Had to see the cashier for what I wanted. Didn't have the game
I was looking for. Said it wasn't on their web site. A search says they do. The cashier was polite.

Got my TV here during thanksgiving and also visited couple of times for other small tech purchases. Their staff are super helpful and they have a good knowledge of products they are selling.

As someone who works in management in retail, the staff in the electronics/computer part of this store need customer service training. No acknowledgment of me being here after standing in line for over a half hour. I put my stuff back and left and will be going to the other Best Buy

Customer service at this location is absolutely horrible! I scheduled an appointment for Geek Squad Service for I-Phone repairs. Upon showing up for the SCHEDULED appointment I was told that they didn't have anyone available to perform the work.
I was told to "come back tomorrow". The representative didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience.
Rest assured I will not be coming back to this store!

Got there and ordered refrigerator they told me that will be delivered by Monday now they are telling me it’s gonna be on Thursday I waited there for 2 hours system was down but the staff was good
