Big Bob's Flooring Outlet offers great value, quality products, and outstanding customer service. Customers are very pleased with the variety available and the no pressure assistance received. The estimates are often the best received, with great products for a great price and super cheap quotes. The installers are wonderful and do an incredible job, arriving on time and working to complete the project. Salespeople follow up to see if customers are happy. While there can be hiccups, the staff makes sure customers are taken care of. Many customers are very satisfied with the work and plan to use Big Bob's again when needed, with some using them for a number of years. They would recommend the business.
