My son, Johnny had carpet install in his new house. Bob’s Flooring did a great job. They came out and measured the next day and installed three days later. The installers were wonderful, and the salesman Jon, came out the day of installation to see if we were happy. Everything went great, GOOD JOB.

These people absolutely robbed us, had issues since day one with these guys. No English. Had to come relay the carpet it’s cut in sections on stairs every transition you can feel in your feet it hurts so bad when it pokes you all the transition strips the carpet is pulling out ! They absolutely need to be shut down this is unacceptable!

My realtor recommended Big Bobs as a good source to come stretch the carpets in a couple of bed rooms. Received a quoted estimate of approximately $400 and 2 to 3 hours of work. Sounded like a reasonable estimate of cost for the level of work that I was led to believe would be accomplished. However, the carpet stretchers were in and out within 20 minutes. That level of cost for 20 minutes of work seems ridiculous and needless to say, he sandbagged the time it would take to complete the work. I tried to negotiate with the manager but he wouldn't move. Be wary of their unscrupulous business practices. Also, I will be letting the realtor know of how they operate so hopefully Big Bobs will be removed from their recommended suppliers list.

I run a property maintenance company and I have been using Bobs for a number of years and they always do a good job, however, this last install was spectacular. The installer is Jonathan, and he did an incredible job.

I went to this place expecting a quote of 4 grand where Home Depot quoted 6 grand the guy was super nice and quoted us 1,000 super cheap and nice would recommend

Jake, was an EXCELLENT sales rep. I had so many questions, and he was always available by email or phone to help me. He even helped with design issues and I felt so confident in my carpet choice... and it is BEAUTIFUL! (Got a Mohawk carpet). Overall a very positive and pleasant experience with Big Bob's. I have recommended them and Jake to others. ALSO and so importantly - the installation - RJ and his crew from 8UP Floor & More exceeded expectations. They were kind, friendly, professional, SO HELPFUL, and did a phenomenal job. I would recommend them to anyone! My carpet looks so beautiful, I am so thrilled.

I got my bathroom down last year and I called in November for them to come back out because my quarter round is coming off the walls. I still haven’t heard back from them. So disappointed in there services. Will not be going back to them ever again. Now I’m have to pay someone to fix the flooring.

I am the elementary principal at East Dayton Christian School. We took our third graders to Big Bobs to supplement a class project they are working on in math dealing with area and perimeter. Paul, Mike and the rest of the staff were amazing! They gave our students the VIP treatment and really helped reinforce what they have been learning.

I get all my work done here. My guy is Michael he knows all of my homes and is able to pick out the most perfect selections to choose from to give my home the look that makes others go wow, which is really what we're going for right. Love you Bobs our installer J R is amazing. I guess that's all I have to say about that
