Had my cat neutered and I couldn't keep her in the house for the week after surgery. I reached out to them and they were so helpful. The kittie will be getting some more surgeries for her teeth and mouth. I will be seeking their help in the future. I would recommend Big Time Kennels to anyone.

This is the first time using this kennel. They were extremely kind to us and our dog. They did keep in contact with me through text messages. When we came to pick him up he was so happy. He was in great spirits all day. We will be using them again. Thank you for your services and being so kind to our dog.

We have been using them for a few years now and they are amazing. The staff is so friendly and our dog just loves them.
