If you want nothing but poor service and lies take your vehicle to voss collision they had my truck for 7 weeks when they told me maybe two week parts were not ordered until after the vehicle was there , they were informed that the truck had led head lights so did they take them out of the old assembly no to stupid to do that for the second time , they were missing a part allegedly that they needed to attach the mud flap assembly on the new fender for two months I left messages and not one return call , well now that the weather is cold I went to plug in the block heater well the lead was ran in front of the air cleaner inside the sheet metal and then through a hole that will require disassembling the air cleaner and the head light assembly then maybe I will be able to fish it out . I will never take my vehicle to voss ever again this is the biggest joke of a collision shop I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with amateur league at best

I too have just had a horrendous experience with VCC. I owned a newer Lexus RX350 for 5 months when a teenager hit me on the highway. Voss told me 2 weeks for the repair. I got it back in 6.5 weeks, and it STILL is NOT fully repaired and has to go back again. No one can explain it. The insurance company (of the person who hit me) will not cover all of my rental car days bc Voss cannot give them a justification of why they had it the entire last week. So far 1 day of rental is on my credit card, and I had to go without a car 2 days (taking a day off work and having to get a ride to work from my 80 yo father). I asked Voss to cover that rental day. No help so far. I had zero phone calls the entire time except 1 to say it was going to Lexus (but I was told that lie for 14 days before it actually did go) for their part of the repair. And Lexus was amazing—repair done in 3 days and called to communicate 3 times (perfect!). I don’t know what’s happened to Voss (well, I do know), but it’s sad. I will NEVER go there again and would tell everyone emphatically NOT to go there. I can’t begin to tell you the stress and constant communication I had to instigate with them and subsequently the rental car company and the insurance company over those weeks. Multiple calls every week. Nothing ever made sense about what happened to me. Again, it’s not over. It has to go back for a part of the repair that was thoroughly discussed on the day I dropped it off but did not happen (even though paperwork was even re-done to include this chip). I should have read the reviews first. Lexus referred me to VCC bc of the connection and bc they were Toyota certified, but I’m letting Lexus know they should not send their customers there. Ever. It gives them a bad look to refer to such a place. They need to know.

Absolutely terrible. Body panels still smashed together, trash in the paint and clear coated over, bondo splattered and stuck all over the wheel, bondo dust and dirt all over the interior. Big scrape on the seat upholstery.. Avoid these clowns at all costs... even if it's an insurance repair... take your vehicle somewhere else and get it done right. They must've figured they could get away with it because it's an 80 year old lady's car. Yeah. Nah.

My car needed repair after someone hit my bumper. I dopped off my car and received almost daily updates about what repair stage my car was in. Once getting my car back, the bumper was beautiful and the repair was done right. I ran into an issue with the insurance company not paying out my rental car fully. I called Voss and spoke with Sandra who was just as dumbfoundered with the insurance company not paying my rental out fully as I was. She stated someone would reach out to the insurance company to make it whole. Later that day I recieved an email stating my rental will be paid out in full. THANK YOU for the help and advocating for your customers!

They consistently perform awful.
A 1-week repair becomes 3 weeks, without any communication. Constantly having to reach out to them for updates. They did not proactively communicate about the delays, not a single time. In the process of the repair (doors) they broke a parking sensor which they didn't catch. Guess putting the car in reverse isn't part of their checklist when the complete a repair. When inquiring about this they mentioned they can look at it, should take less than an hour and to drop at 9.00 AM, they didn't run the diagnostics until 4.00 PM. They agree to repair the broken sensor, charge my insurance for their mistake, and when I went to pick up the car this morning the issue was still there. I walked over to the car, put it in reverse, and the error message came up. How on earth did they not check this? The adjuster, after hearing it is a Palisade, mentioned they may have to take it to Kia, it's a Hyundai. That is the level of competency, the adjuster doesn't know what make a Palisade is.
Current status is waiting for their GM to give me a call to come up with a solution. Will update after hearing from him.

Second time using Voss Collision Center with insurance claim. Easy communication with State Farm. Both times they did miss obvious damage associated with accident but once we discussed the miss, they had no problem fixing the problem completely. There is a significant smell in my car from being in the shop that is very unpleasant even with me attempting to mask it. Otherwise trustworthy and reliable.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend Voss Collision after our recent experience. Our car had relatively minor damage. Yet, it took three weeks for the work to be completed. During that time, there was little communication from the staff. Although we did receive a daily text, it was very vague. When we called to ask for clarification or updates, we had difficulty getting anything answered. They didn't return phone calls. If we did finally get a hold of someone they weren't able to answer questions and didn't seem to know what progress had been made on the car. When asked for an estimate on how long the work would take to be completed, they had no idea. Finally, we received the car back. The paint job was excellent. However, the front bumper/quarter panel was not done correctly. We had to take the car back the next day so they could fix it. They were unable to fix it and needed to order another part. Originally they used an after market part, which they admitted. After receiving the OEM part they repaired the bumper. Once again, it wasn't done correctly and there was a noticeable gap between the front bumper and quarter panel. Again, we had to take the car back to have it fixed. It is now fixed. However, they were frustrating to work with because they were not upfront with how long the repair could take, they didn't seem to have an organized system, and we had to keep insisting that they do the work correctly.
Edit: I acknowledge that coordinating repairs is challenging when an insurance company is involved. However, this is a challenge that ALL body shops must deal with. I have worked with another body shop and they handled it in a much more organized manner. In the future I will return to that body shop. You still need to address your office's lack of customer service communication. Throughout our entire experience I felt the blame was shifted to the insurance company and ultimately we were told the car manufacturer was to blame.
