I love taking my kids here. I've been going since I was a child and now we have season passes.

If you have kids under 10 this is the best spot in Dayton to take them. Our boys had a blast!Staff is friendly and helpful, there is so much to do and experience. If we lived closer I’d buy season passes.

For a museum am astonished how rude the employees are. Had some questions while planning a visit and whoever is on the phones should not be.
The Boonshoft Museum of Discovery is Dayton's children's museum, science center, natural history museum, planetarium, observatory, and zoo. The Museum offers visitors of all ages hands-on learning opportunities, living biology lessons, special exhibitions, and more. The Museum is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums, affiliated with the Association of Children's Museums, and is a governing member of the Association of Science-Technology Centers. In addition, the Discovery Zoo, located on the second floor of the Museum, is fully accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums.
