My wife and I came to pay bill and Star was able to assist me with a upgrade discount that I was unaware of and help my wife get the best fit charger for her phone. She was such a great help. Hope to see more people with her skills and patience.

If I could put zero stars I would, if you want to go home without phone services or your SIM card DONT GO HERE!! Confrontational employee. Samareaa excuse the spelling of her name I’m not sure. I Came in the store to get free phones from recommendation and not only did she turn my phone off without checking to see if i was ready or completely eligible. (She did not tell me she turned my phone off until after she asked if I knew about the activation fee and I tried to use my phone to make a bank transfer to pay for it). She also switched my phone services to a dummy phone in their store, Then told me there was nothing she can do to switch the phone back. Told me I have to buy a new phone or have no service. The lady kept talking out her neck at me when I asked questions and at one point jumped up out of her chair, rolling her neck and yelling at me when I blurted out to someone else about paying for phone insurance. The manager she had over the phone, Star kept instructing her to tell us to purchase a new phone when I simply wanted my phone and service back I came there with. People who inquire does not expect to leave with no phone service and bad customer service. Had I known I would not have paid my bill for this month and switched to a different company. After speaking with someone over the phone we found out the employee did not give my SIM card back and now my phone says is incompatible due to her switching it to the dummy phone in the store. The next day the lady was asked about the SIM card and she said they were told to throw them away. This isn’t right. I have to care for my parent who’s on hospice I have doctors and nurses, social workers, case workers who needs to be in touch. People really out here playing with peoples livelihoods.
