Customer Service was so amazing @BreonnaScruggs she was knowledgeable about our technical service with our phones and the many other options we have to decrease our total bill, including Affordable Connectivity Program, phone upgrades, and better payment deals!

I was there for 4 1/2 HOURS just to get my kids numbers switched from their iPhone 7 to their iPhone 8, just to leave there with NO WORKING PHONES. It's been a WEEK, I've talked to 15 customer service reps..2 SUPERVISORS and talked to like 15 TECHNICAL SUPPORT staff just to STILL NOT HAVE WORKING PHONES. The service we recieved at the store itself was UNPROFESSIONAL, he was doing EVERYTHING but fixing my service and I believe he purposely messed up the phones....BOOST MOBILE IS BS!!!! Now they saying to change numbers since they cant fix em, I'm gone have to pay...when they messed up my account phones dont work. Not to mention the NEW PHONES came offline from THEIR WEBSITE.

There is someone working @ Boost Mobile in the Westown Hub that has Deceived someone that I know. The fella lost his phone so I called Boost Support to find out if he could have his same number ported over to a new phone......which by the way, the fella has psych issues. The guy in the Boost store took advantage of that and up priced another phone and sold it to him.....told him that he could not port his old number over and confused him. We have 2 witnesses to this. Including Boost Mobile reps that were informed about the situation and was waiting for the owner of the phone to call them back the following day
