So I recently went to there store in the dayton mall and found these gorgeous hot pink cowgirl boots which i loved, i mainly wanted to write a review on the employee Torye, she did a fantastic job on helping me with everything she could, and I mainly wanted to state to not loose her! Its very hard to find hard working people like her who enjoy helping and doing there job.

Bought 2 pairs of jeans there last night for 245.00 n the dude had one job. Take my payment n remove the magnetic clamp. He couldn’t even do that. I didn’t realize both magnetic clamps were still on my jeans when I got home.

I’ve been in this particular store several times recently. I have probably spent $5,000.00 in this store over the past 2 years and the Manager, Rachel is the worst person I’ve ever had to deal with. She never smiles, she is rude to her Employees and yells at them in front of Customers, she never says Thank You after I spend hundreds of dollars, and then shoves the bag in my face as if I’m inconveniencing her. She has also taken the sale away from other Employees several times when she did not even help me. She should not be in retail or customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.
