Busy Bee Auto Parts & Towing is a reliable and professional business. The staff is consistently described as super friendly, respectful, helpful, kind, and polite. They are experienced individuals who go above and beyond to assist customers. For auto parts, they are a great source for hard-to-find items that others may not have, though basic parts can sometimes be pricey compared to other suppliers. Their towing service works with customers within reason and the law. While generally praised, one note mentions an instance where a purchased part did not work and return was delayed due to being closed. Overall, they are highly recommended to family and friends.
