This bank needs to be sued and I plan on filing. For the last 6 months they have done nothing but endanger my life cost me many fees. I still don't know where my money at. Chase is incompetent and negligent. Please find another banking source. Chase will rob you if your gonna bank with chase plan to have to need a psychiatrist. And a jail cell. This is one institution that does not value it's customers. Or it's own business. Chase Bank may cost you your life. Bank elsewhere.they treat black people like trash here

Avoid this branch at all cost. This is the worst chase branch I have ever went to. I have my business account and personal account with chase. After today’s experience, where the old black lady with the mustache was highly rude several times. I am highly considering changing my banking. I don’t understand why black people are rude to each other. All I wanted to do was deposit a check. By the way I am black myself. Avoid at all cost this branch is literally the worst bank in Ohio.

People are friendly & helpful "Lucky" was my bank teller he was most concerned on my bad experience at the wilmingtin pike chase bank just to pay rent didnt have their account # to deposit thankful that they're close to where i live appreciate the customer service! Thank you

I have had accounts with many banks and Chase is the best in customer service and they don’t try to make money from me with specialfees. I would recommend Chase bank to anyone. This location is amazing with helping with this community.

I opened this chase bank account a few months ago and the branch manager never offered the promotion. I called customer service and they told me that they could not override it abd that I would have to go back to the branch manager to get it overrode. When i got there i spoke with the same person said he knew nothing about the code or any promotion. Fast forward, my husband opened a bank account at the same branch and advise about the promotion as well as the referral code with the same manager and he told him the same thing. How does a branch manager not know about the companies promotions?
