I am concerned about reports of chase banks freezing customer accounts for no reason...leaving customers stranded without access to their money. There have been multiple, reports of this from different sources. While I can understand closing accounts, it makes no sense not to immediately give customers their cash. I have brought this to the attention of Chase, and they either dismissed or denied it, but I continue to see reports of still more customers frozen accounts, all while denying customer access to their cash. This would be a disaster to affected customers, one I can not afford.
While Chase has not frozen my account, the reports of them doing this to others is very concerning. Beware of giving banks the power to freeze your funds without immediately refunding your cash deposited.

I never really write reviews, but this chase is the worst chase bank i have ever been to. Their atm is either not accepting deposits and withdrawals, or the touchscreen doesn’t work. this means that not only does this mean that the atm won’t work, but it also means that YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE ATM TIMES OUT otherwise you don’t get your debit card back. this of course happens to everybody which means that if there’s a line you’re waiting at least 15-20 minutes before you get the privilege of a broken atm.

1st I hate the parking side door but it's very good for security.2nd The ATM is aaallllways malfunctioning or just not working every time I go there.3rd Pretty quick inside and they are generally friendly considering this area of Dayton.

Drive up line moves like a dead deer. It doesn’t. Clearly not even trying. Especially gross when banks as a whole just exist to invest your money for them. Over 35 minutes to withdraw cash. No line

The Staff we're pretty stale. The interaction I experienced one on one with their Staff proved to be a total disappointment. I must say I was surprised after I visited the original branch that opened my account, their Staff is awesome. I had what I had been told double checked; They had totally blew me. Not cool. Do yourself a favor and drive on by.

The staff here have always been very helpful, friendly and professional. This particular branch is my first choice whenever I need to go to the bank. And there’s usually very little wait time in my experience, in and out in 10 minutes.
