I don't know why did, I choose to have my credit card ftom chase amazon. I don't buy any thing that runs or belong to that super rich guy Jeff besoz or whatever his name is. From his amazon online shopping to any of his business or bank you deal with will be asking customers to pay. Even to take a breath while on hold ask u to pay. U wonder he turn super rich. Chase bank are closed they provided to call no one answer and ask u call back but they would we will u. U all credit card u have problem getting hold of someone. After hours when get hold of someone. Another to deal phone connection and the customer service is in other world India where hardly understand what they saying. U r credit card payment is due and there is no other option to by phone , direct to bank or with checking account which I would give them my checking account. Im trying to bring to zero. I am going send their to the moon and never on them. A bloody robbers robbering under legal umbrella.

Excellent customer service! The rep I spoke to over the phone answered all my questions, and even set up an appointment for me with a notary, to facilitate a business matter I needed to take care of. I'm very pleased with this bank.

Refused to help my 88 year old father, a decades long customer, with a serious fraud situation on his account. This branch should be closed.

Worst bank ever nobody inside knows what they're doing nobody inside even knows how to answer questions. Check doesn't get deposited doesn't get returned at the ATM in the only thing they can tell me is hopefully it'll be there by midnight..... Not even worth the one star that it's making me give them.... So I'm left with no money in the account can't even get my check to take it to a reputable bank and have it cashed and given a 1 800 number to solve my problems My wife and I will be pulling our account from Chase tomorrow and I should just everybody else to do the same plenty of banks out there no reason to deal with this trash

This is a Chase branch bank that is much like the others. It's clean and well maintained. I stopped in this one because it's close to where I work and I need some cash. I needed to deposit 3 sizable checks into my account. The teller looked at me and told me I had to fill out a form and handed it to me. I told the teller that other branches don't ask me to fill out forms. She said she was sorry. In looking at the form there wasn't space for 3 checks to be written it so I asked about that. She told me to write them on the back and just put the total on the front. Ok, I have a problem with this; 1. Why was I asked to do the tellers job? 2. I don't have an adding machine with me, she does. That means I would need to do that long-hand. I said forget it, I'll go to a different branch. And I did- and they didn't ask me to fill out any forms. Over the last 50 years or so I've dealt with many banks. I would rate Chase among the best of them but certainly not this branch. I won't be back.

I don't bank with Chase so I only showed up to use the ATM and they charged me $3 which is okay I guess but when I can walk in the small privately owned gas stations only charge a dollar 75 or dollar fifty for ATM fees you would think that this multi billion-dollar Banking Company where do you have lower ATM fees like these privately owned gas stations to shame Chase Bank shame 👎😢👎

The lady wasn't to friendly and she didn't notify me of the fees that the g charge she just took it out of my account without telling me.

I am glad I came to Alex to fix an issue with my account he over achieved his promise and I appreciate everything he has done for myself and family. Wonderful and kind cares about his chase members like family
