I need something nice/semi formal to wear to a wedding in November; Chico’s has such great clothes and sales. Patty helped me find something to wear after two days of searching every rack in the store. Patty is great & so very patient. She helped me get the right size & a different outfit that was much better than what I thought I wanted. No problem with Chico’s clothes; it was that I have gotten a bit ‘fluffy.’ Cindy started helping me on the second day search - she was very helpful too. Chico’s has awesome employees as well as clothes.

I shopped there yesterday. I was just looking. (I forget about the Shops on Far Hills. They need their sister stores there too. ) Was greeted by Fe, she was fabulous! Great customer service!! I found a pair of pants on clearance, bought those, I will go back to purchase other items from her.

My girlfriend and I were not treated in a professional manner. We were apparently not seen as valued customers because of our age (even though we are in our 20s with fairly well-paying jobs). An employee actually directed us toward the clearance rack and then said that we were not old enough to shop in the store. It just left a sour taste in our mouths knowing we were not wanted in a store when all we were looking for was a pair of professional slacks.

Me and my boyfriend went into this store today. We are a younger couple that just moved into the area. We went into the store in casual clothes. When we walked in, a worker walked up to me and said to me “uhmm, the clearance rack is over there”, after scanning us and assuming we couldn’t afford regular priced clothes. Then proceeded to ask me “you’re actually too young to be shopping here, are you looking for anyone?” When I said “No?” She walked away and started talking to another coworker. We were very uncomfortable and offended by this interaction that we ended up leaving the store. Customer service was the worst I’ve ever had in a store. Ageism and prejudice in a nationwide store is very unprofessional.
