Good and cheap, looking change oil, some brake pads, tune up or minor repairs, also a second opinion, ask for Berna, he will help you and you will save a lot of money and time

BEWARE**** My vehicle was taken to this business to have new break pads put on. I was told by one of their mechanic who was working on my car that I needed to purchased a kit at an autozone before it could be done. After purchasing the kit for $98 the mechanic put the brakes on. Why is a customer responsible for buying tools to have their car repaired. In hindsight that should have been an immediate red flag but a friend had mentioned this business so I trusted her recommendations.

I brought my car there october 18th 2017, to have my fuel line done because my car had a small gas leak and i paid $150 to have it done, I live in cincinnati oh, and while im driving i smell gas veru badly one day and i had no fuel in my car, so that automatically scares me not to drive the car and i don't and my tag stickers expired on Nov.20th and i went to have them renewed Friday Dec.28th i put gas in my car at this point and notice it wasn't leaking out i decide to start the car and gas is literally spraying out from the bottom of my car, i take it to someone close by to have it looked at just to know whats wrong because i live all the way in cincinnati and they guy says the people who did the line only gave you a temporary fix and it didn't hold and you need. New filter so i called B.L and he says get the car back here to dayton and ill take care of it so Dec.29th thw day after i get the car to them and the guys tells me to leave it i do and says he'll have it done by sat Dec. 30th morning i call that morning to check he told me they would charge me $200 to replace the line and the filter because it rusted out to the point we 're the line wouldn't come out. So when they replaced it the first time he never said anything about me needing anything other than the line because if so i would of paid the extra $50 to have it all done and he over looks what i was saying and basically said i have to so i ask to speak with the boss and he says he'll try to talk to him and call me back a few hours pass and i didnt hear anything so i call back and he says ill call you when the part gets here i say okay and are they open the next day on that sunday and he says yes so i roll with it. Sunday comes Dec.31 and I'm calling nonstop no answers or anything because in fact they were really closed so it is now monday Jan.1st and they are closed again i have no family here and barely had money to get here their service is horrible and i can't wait till tuesday morning because thwy will be hearing everything i have to say and someone losing there job great way to start the year huh???!
