They have a real problem keeping up with inventory. Constantly out of multiple items XL lids no cups, large cups no lids. Either cash or credit card is usually down.

I hate the robot that rings you out. I get things that are behind the counter. so I get help from the workers and then they immediately walkaway to continue to stand around and converse with each other about some sort of work drama that happened the other day. Meanwhile I struggle with the bill accepter. I really don't understand why there is two employees to microwave sandwiches and occasionally hand people cigarettes. Is it that hard to hand out a pack of smokes and then ring out the customer ? I truly feel like they are trying to make their jobs obsolete. No reply necessary I'll adjust my feedback if things get adjusted but I can't see myself going in too many more times.

This store is small, but it is cleaner, has very friendly staff, and... they have root beer! I put French Vanilla in my root beer. It tastes like a root beer float ?

Definitely has a friendly staff. You have to watch items like breakfast sandwiches prepared individually because they don’t discard expired items.

I had been going in this store for years. I’m 65 years old and definitely look my age. An employee recently refused to sell me cigarettes because I didn’t have my ID available. She claimed that it was a mandatory store policy. If that’s true it’s a stupid policy as applied to customers who are obviously not minors.

Clerk by the name of Taylor very very rude. Went to purchase gas and had some confusion with the pump, and all she could do was tell me move to the side because she has other customers. Couldn’t believe it’s took another Custimer to tell her it’s ok. Very unacceptable. She’s going to address this he wrong person like that and cause some issues. Unacceptable

On November 3rd 2022 at 9:30pm me and my fiancé pulled into this circle K to purchase trash bags after realizing we forgot at Kroger. As I am pulling into the parking lot there's a few people sitting outside as we pull up and park the lady whom I have never seen before is basically screaming at us yelling we are closed and literally shooing us away being very rude instead of having someone come up to the window letting us know they are closed. It is very hard for people to find out that an establishment has suddenly closed when they are listed as 24 hours. As I was trying to pull away another car pulls up and the same lady again screamed "WE ARE CLOSED DUMB ASSES!" Now I understand if something has suddenly come up but whoever this lady needs to understand that we don't know until we pull up. I hope this ends up getting to whoever this lady is and if it does then do better.
