I appreciate that they actually pay attention to pet behavior instead of treating every dog the same way. My rescue dog gets uncomfortable around strangers, so the groomer approached slowly and let him settle first. By pickup time he looked comfortable, clean, and far less anxious than usual.

Drop off was quick and easy. Winnie was ready to pick up within 3 hours and looked great! Very happy with her cut and happy to hear she did a great job. She has some anxiety issues so I was a little worried.

We love Luna's! My Cockapoo was nervous about being groomed and her old groomer insisted she be medicated. But after a few times at Luna's, she didn't need the meds anymore. They are very reasonably priced and you can tell they care about their pups! Thank you Luna's!
