Allison is great when I have a problem Allison seems to be able to fix it wire transferring out of state and all those kind of things Allison is the greatest also Code Credit Union is a place you ought to deal with been a member for years. On April 7th 2025 I had a banking problem again Allison wheeler once again came to my rescue and help me figure out what I needed to do she's always very helpful and always seem pleased to help me with whatever problem I seem to have she's a great asset to Code Credit Union thanks again

So I branch with Code and I don’t care when I go into the Englewood office. They are always upset is nine in the morning and they don’t speak. Unbelievable they need to get that together. Maybe a lil training in the area of customer service, I was always taught when someone speaks to you speak back, especially in a professional setting. To actually get the same treatment now that I went back in there to get a form notarized, the branch manager, Beth BIHN was just as nasty and unprofessional, simply unbelievable

I think your representative Alison Watson is a super person in regards to making sure the customer is pleased and happy. She always make my day in some form or another. Her work in reference to Assisting me with my financial needs are always complete. She’s very thorough and in-depth with making sure i’m taking care of. I always leave the facility with a smile because I know everything is done correctly and I have no need to worry. I feel the knowledge that she has is impeccable in reference to her job and what she needs to provide for the customer. I would highly recommend her for any promotion in CODE Credit Union.
