Definitely need to work on small business development relationships. Loan officers never even heard of the SBA or apparently go to Code Credit Union website which clearly states they offer SBA Loans.Mind Blowing!

I came in to deposit some change and decided to open a line for their ready cash service at the last second. Everyone was extremely helpful, they set me up an appointment for the next day at a convenient time, and the branch manager got me squared away all while making the experience as pleasant as possible. Everyone was super friendly, the teller who set up the appointment even remembered my name and checked in with me. 10/10 would recommend, I've banked with code since I was a teenager and have never had a bad experience

Ever since Covid this banks customer service has been awful. They’ve made their hours almost impossible for working people. Google still says they open at 8:30 and have Saturday hours which neither is true unless they just don’t answer the phones that early and on Saturday’s. Used to be an easy bank to work with but now that they’ve close branches and have no weekend hours it’s been difficult. At least update Google so people know when you’re actually open. Or do some training with employees on answering the phone.

This Credit Union has been nothing but fair to me since I moved to the area 22 years ago. However, how they are handling the renewal of Debit Cards as they expire is unacceptable. Pretty sure they have not sought alternative sources for these cards. I received a notice back on December that there was an issue with debit cards being processed, nearly 8 weeks ago. I have received different answers every time I have called regarding the status of my card. Their best solution currently is they will issue a different card at the branch, meaning everything associated to my debit card will have to be changed. If they can issue a card at the branch why can they not put the same number on the card there?

The Female workers there are very rude and they do not know how to respect there customers especially when the customers ask a question they need to learn they do not call the shots and if someone asks a question they need to answer them respectfully I would not recommend there business to anyone there very unprofessional and very quick to jump down your throat

I have had my accounts for almost 40 yrs (since CODE was for city employees & my mother worked for the city and opened my account). I love the credit union. When I got a company double charged my account, I went to CODE and they immediately credited my account, then they went after the company to get the money back.

CODE Credit Union is absolutely fantastic. They have the best customer service and they are very fast and knowledgeable in their responses to you. CODE makes you feel like your membership matters and like you truly make a difference to them. It's a great feeling to walk in the branch doors and have the tellers know your name. CODE has been very helpful in my many years of membership whether it be regarding loans or accounts.

I am so disappointed in this credit union. I thought I would give them the benefit but nothing has changed with them. The person I was working with never followed up with me nor did she call me back after I called twice and left a messages. Again they do not like to help members that have been with them for years. I would never recommend this credit union to anyone.

From my experience this is a VERY discriminating ( I hate to even say it) bank well atleast the staff that I have encountered. Again from my experience. My account was closed without notice or warning stating that I was “harassing” to staff via after being told that I was contacted via telephone by someone here when I actually never was and I provided a screenshot to prove it. I was then also told that I “yelled” at staff which is also not true. These are false allegations. I don’t consider attempting to speak to someone about something my account is harassment. Nor is correcting someone after something incorrect has been stated. The treatment to all customers is not the same here. I am happy that to move on from this bank.

I'm currently sitting in the parking lot at CODE debating on pulling out my money and closing my accounts. They have a policy of putting all check deposits over $4000 on a three day hold. The check I deposited was from a major investment company, not hand written in crayon. Blanket policies with no common sense are signs of a poorly managed institution. I'm thinking I'll find a credit union that doesn't think it's members are criminals.
