UPDATE: RESPECT to all the staff & Military serving even without a paychrck due to the Shutdown! Sale prices and deals can be found that will make savings possible especially if you utilize all the provided paper coupons. Good selection and great produce make this a great grocery store but there are a few things that keep it from a five star to me. ** UPDATE: Staffing and training has greatly improved since my last review that had the Commissary at 4 stars due to lack of assistance. Folks in the meat department really standing out last couple visits. Knowledgeable and friendly advice on meat, recipes, and best practices. So glad this improved!! The self checkout that was also an issue was updated some time ago and is miles ahead of where it was. Great job WPAFB Commissary staff!

One of the wrost BX/PX ive seen. This place is going down, down, down hill over the years. Looks like an old Kmart or Elder Beerman inside.....or the west side of Dayton where stores are moving out.
Selections are limited and prices are not much different from the mall despite the advertisement of 20% savings.
The only benefit is the 0% tax.
Not worth it IMO,
