“I took my PC there after it would not come on. The owner said to give him a few days to diagnose the issue. Sure enough a few days later he emailed to say that the PC was ready. He only charged me the diagnostic fee and fixed a few malware issues. Very stand up guy and business. Any future issues I will be going back to them.”

“I test sales people almost every day. Especially when I am on a mission to get a particular item for me or my family. Two days ago I walked into this Best Buy location to purchase a couple sturdy phone cases for my new phones. I walked right up to a young man in the phone accessories section and asked his opinion on one of the three cases I was considering. All three of them had different price points. There were two specifically that were almost exactly the same model, the only difference is that one is apparently able to charge with some brand new Apple charger that's out. I told him that I did not have that charger, nor was I looking to get it anytime in the near future. "I just need something that will keep these new expensive investment safe." On a sidenote, I already knew EXACTLY which case I was going to get! This young man, who doesn't get commission by the way, listen to EVERYTHING I said and suggested the exact one! DANIEL: "well, if you don't plan on getting that charger anytime soon there's no reason to spend an extra $40 on each is there?" I like this kid so much I bought two bad a** screen protectors for these phones too. There's nothing better than a sales professional that adds value and thinks about the client before themselves. I don't think this kid has any idea how badass he actually is. Well done Daniel... You are the man! Don't be surprised if I come back in and recruit you in the not so distant future! Just that one particular skill I just highlighted will set you apart from about 80% of ALL people in Sales! Keep up the stellar work brother!!! Thanks for listening, and for having Integrity!!!”
