Purchased a ReTrax cover in DC. It was leaking badly. So glad I found Craftmasters. They are booked up so appreciated getting in with a 2 week wait but before our trip to tune up the leaky cover. Marcus was so pleasant and did a fantastic job assessing and fixing what ended up being a poor install job by the place in the NCR. Definitely recommend Craftmasters and specifically, Marcus! I purchased a truck bed cover. It is my 4th one because it keeps leaking. I also purchased bug shield and window shield covers. Now my bug shield broke off while going down 75. I took a video and showed it to the lady at the front desk. Long story short after waiting a month for the part to come in I gets a call from Kathy only to tell me I would have to pay for them to put it on. Same thing with the bed cover (LEAR). If I keep having to pay them to install the stuff they sale. I would have paid for it twice. Like I said I'm on my 4th Tano cover. And still leaking. And they won't me to call the Mfg. I gave my money to CRAFT MASTERS.

Had the powder coated nerfbars on my Ram only got like three years out of them. Rust everywhere looked awful. Did I mention powder coated. 🤔

I love when I get to post super positive reviews! These guys are great! I didn't really know what to expect but they walked me through the process, explained how everything worked and taught me how to use the equipment. They went above and beyond in the first ten min, can't wait to bring the other trucks in to get set up! Mark even said they can help me out with some of my rv needs! It's REALLY tough to find trust worthy service nowadays, I'm glad I found Craftmasters!!!! Will post pics of everything once they're all complete. THANKS AGAIN!!!!
