I met Rachel who took the time to look up the records, patiently explain the differences in the multiple accounts, provided cards identifying each account number and what deposits and auto bill payments each account covered. She took care of everything with a smile and exuded professionalism, empathy, and positivity. This is the best customer service I have received in a very long time.
