I have had cricket for a while, great coverage. My daugher just got an Iphone and we stopped at this location to change her phone and they put on a screen protector on her new phone. My daughter was complaining how crooked it was after we got home. Waste of $30

Been going up there for years the manager is a fantastic very helpful person his assistant manager that's terrible she don't want to help anyone she is always in a rush real edgy very rude and needs to go work at McDonald's

I was so glad that I chose this service because the merchant understood my situation and the rest was history. The merchant was understanding, kind and reliable enough to get things going. As someone who had service with cricket a long time ago, like in high school days, I'm glad to be back again and start anew.

I have been a Cricket customer for 5 years. My family has a 4 line plan and we always purchase phones through Cricket when it's time to upgrade. I went in to request assistance with one of the lines. The clerk told me I had to call the customer service number and quickly dismissed me. It was very disappointing service.
