Dropped-in for two classes while traveling for work. Everyone was very welcoming and the coaches were great. Will definitely be dropping-in again in the future when in the area.

My husband and I did a drop in for the week at CrossFit Dedication and found our home away from home workout family. Coach Melissa is an amazing coach with an extensive background and full of knowledge! Everyone is friendly, helping you out, cheering you on and giving you the low-down of best places to visit and eat. Thank you all for making us feel welcomed and hope we visit again soon!

My wife had suffered a traumatic brain injury. Se thought joining this Gym might help her with recovery/therapy. We met the Owner and he signed her up for an entry level group program. He was supposed to bill the fees in 3 separate monthly payments. He billed the first payment up front and my wife took her first session. It didn't go well for her at all. Because of her TBI she found that she could not comprehend the instructions and could not keep up with everyone else. She came home in dismay. She went back for a second session and realized that it just wasn't going to work. She talked to the Owner and they agreed that she would leave the group and cancel the plan. After all this they then billed me for the second installment. When I realized it I called to complain and the Owner said he was very busy but would look into it. I called twice more and then eventually they stopped answering. They never got back to me and never refunded my money. So they stole from me with no regrets. Must be pretty desperate.

Love Matt and Melissa! I just had a total knee replacement and they have helped me get right back to it carefully. I was back in the gym three weeks after surgery. I'm know 7 months out, still being careful, but back at it! Highly recommend this gym!

CrossFit Dedication is a great place where the members are supportive and the coaches make sure your needs and goals are met each day. Whatever your situation is, you do not have to be ashamed to come in and get help improving yourself with structured workouts that can be tailored to your specific needs. Highly recommend!

Just finished my first month at Crossfit Dedication. I have never been part of a crossfit program before. I was prediabetic with high blood pressure and a normal gym was not working for me. This crossfit gym is awesome. They analyzed my current shape and developed a plan for me to get healthy. I have followed their plan and after one month I lost 14 pounds and no longer have high blood pressure. Program is structured and easy to follow. Best of all everyone there is extremely supportive and makes it fun. I highly recommend Crossfit Dedication!
