I have not had good service in the pharmacy for the entire 5 years I have had to use them. Infant, I have only had one person with good customer service skills.

I am literally watching the pharmacist yell at a patient. The staff looks miserable.. I have zero confidence in this pharmacy. It is in your best interest to take your prescription elsewhere.

I get all of my prescriptions here - ONLY because this is the closest pharmacy. Every time I go here, there's an outrageously long line, some issue with my medication (not carrying it anymore, prescribing me an off brand when I've clarified many times I want the same one I always get, and the customer service is never good). I just recently visited the inside pharmacy because they were short staffed to open the drive through. I am not sure if she is new, but I experienced the worst service i've ever had from Laura S. She was extremely rude, not understanding at all that I needed to get the medication I always get and not an off brand, and eventually tried to refuse service to me. This was my last straw, I will be doing anything I can to not have to return to this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy is always on their game and I’ve never had to wait very long. I understand how they are not the insurance company or the doctor and can’t control everything but they are always on their game no matter how busy it is. Some people just need some patience

The 5981 Far Hills Dayton Ohio Location very unprofessional not only could they not help me but they took it upon themselves to discuss it with the next customer I ask if she had something else to say to me and the pharmacist took it upon himself to say she was just telling me the reason why but I walked and she was discussing my experience with the next customer, wouldnt call that explaining anything to me and I really did not appreciate how I was treated

Long drive through lines, long wait times when calling, prescriptions filled late, etc. Overall not great service from my experience years ago & currently when trying the Whipp/Far Hills store again after the Stroop store closed (that location was great).

Wish I could give zero stars. Every time I come to this pharmacy the staff is condescending and rude. Spoke to a manager today about how the girl in the drive thru treated me when I was trying to drop off a prescription. Also of no help. The entire time I was explaining why I was upset she kept cutting me off to snap back at me. Avoid this place. Go to Walgreens or Kroger. They're nicer there.

I tried calling their pharmacy seven times and each time the phone system hung up on me before I could even speak to a person. how are people supposed to get their medications if they can't get a hold of the pharmacy?

Went in this morning to pick up a prescription. Waited at the window and some guy... or gal named Neeko comes to the window, asks for my name and DOB. I give her both to which she responds: "you have no prescriptions and they've all expired".I reply I just called the pharmacy 10 minutes ago and the automatic voice says I have one and that it doesn't expire until 4. She doubled down and says I don't know what I can do then tried to basically accuse me of picking it up already. Then I start to call the CVS pharmacy to show her and she doesn't let my phone ring and she goes you have 2 profiles give me a minute in a really aggressive way as if she was pissed off at the fact that I was persistent in getting my prescription......WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT TO BEGIN WITH. 1 star for NEEKO. Just got off the phone with someone acting to be the store manager and once they realized how serious it was said they'd have the real manager call back, 10 minutes later "manager" calls back only to shut the phone in my face. Horrible pharmacy horrible staff horrible vibes. I don't feel safe taking my prescription given to me.

I just pulled into the drive thru for the pharmacy and a blue haired pharmacy tech was at the window. She just looked at me without saying anything for a few seconds and I took notice of the time. 8:59pm. I was unaware that they closed the Pharmacy at 9, but without saying a word to me and staring me in the eye with a slight head turn and smirk, she cranked down the metal window curtain. Behind her I noticed a heavyset older woman who saw what happened and before the curtain was entirely closed she walked to the window, I'm assuming to be courteous and see if she could allow me to pick up my medication. Instead she only rolled the window back up enough to show me the monitor and state that they were closed and it was 9:01. I explained that I'd arrived at 8:59 to which she replied there was nothing she could do as the registers turn off at exactly 9pm. No apology for the rudeness of her co-worker nor even an ounce of courtesy. Merry Christmas CVS. If it wasn't for the years of exceptional service by Ed (another pharmacist there) I would never spend another dollar at any CVS. Such unnecessary rudeness in an already extraordinarily stressful time for everyone. I would never allow my employees to treat any customer that way. Beyond disappointed.

This store is the worst. They do Covid testing in the same line as Pharmacy pickup. You can sit for up to an hour just for 3-4 cars to get through. Prescriptions are filled very slowly and often after I've run out. I don't blame the store people they are mostly very nice but it is run horribly

Great customer service! My photos couldn't be located, so they were printed immediately, I was thanked for my patience and I wasn't charged.
