Can’t get over how rude some of the workers are. Especially anyone in the pharmacy. I mean I get it that it can be a tough job as a service worker but gosh they make me feel like a horrible person for simply going to pick up a refill for medication !!! Have some human decency, you’re helping people. This place is unacceptable.

I had the worst experience in in there today on my lunch break, not only was there no one to unlock the allergy medication, when the manager came out she was rude and treated assisting me like it was an inconvenience. When I finally got to the checkout for my 1 item, an employee stood there watching me and not assisting through out this whole process. I’m not sure if there’s a drug test needed or just people with customer service skills but I’ll do 2-day shipping from Amazon before stepping foot in that racist den.

Do yourself a favor and use the Walgreens on David. The people in the pharmacy at this CVS (across from DLM on Whipp) are always rude, especially today (3/16 @10:15 AM). They really need to do something about it. It’s infuriating how disrespectful and condescending they are.

The minute clinic male NP on 6-29-24 lacked common sense was running late and rude. Then try to call to resolve matter and no one at the store knows who the np is. CVS customer service is horrible.

Little clinic the NP there the day I took my husband was awful. Did not know what kind of antibiotics he needed told him to go somewhere else to be seen.

Automated service is TERRIBLE!! Also many of their mini clinics are listed on the internet as open and take appts and allow you to schedule but when arrive the clinics are no longer there. They don’t update and have POOR customer service.

Terrible customer service. I would rate them zero stars if possible. My vet called in a prescription for my dog last week. I called today to see if it was ready and, after navigating a voice response system and a ten minute hold, found that they had not even started to fill it. Then I was told they would have to order it in. They referred me to another location where I was on hold for another 30 minutes and never got through. Don't bother to call. It's faster to drive there to speak to someone.

Automated service is terrible. Waited a week for my prescription to be filled. It took them 5 days to fill a script of prednisone. No courtesy call. Nothing. Refused to give me a corporate number for the complaint. Steer clear of this location.

Never have your meds ready they always tell you come back in 45 minutes and this problem has been happing for the last three months it’s very sad

The pharmacy is no longer a 24 hour pharmacy. They close at least a half hour BEFORE their posted closing time WAY TO FREQUENTLY!!! ?
