Pharmacy is horrible. They hardly get anything right and the techs that work the window have poor attitudes. Everything is rushed, except for the meds needed. Customer service here is a joke. Seems like it’s the same at all locations.

Had an appointment for a vaccine - showed up 10 minutes early to find the place closed with a handwritten sign indicated they had decided to close early that day at 3PM. Thanks for letting me know (not). Should have gone to Walgreens.

Apparently there are some really terrible CVSs around my new residence, and I was checking reviews to see which ones I should avoid. Turns out its all of them. Even though this one is no longer across the street I don't plan on switching any time soon.

Bad service, my medication didn’t arrived as it promises. I have wait for an extra day to come pick it up still didn’t have it. Also won’t inform me about it until I ask them. After I have wait for about an hour.

Always prompt and courteous, this has to be the best CVS in the area. In spite of having to step inside the store to pick up prescriptions, there is hardly much of a wait. I'm really glad they changed their closing to the same time every weekday.

I have given this CVS numerous chances not to have a 1 star rating but today was the icing on the cake. Waited in the drive thru line for thirty minutes. When I got to the window to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday the pharmacist tells me it is not ready and will be ready in about an hour.

Most of the employees are friendly. I have had several issues trying to do the "script sync" where they fill all of your meds at once so I don't do that. I just go once or twice a week to fill meds for my family. I do have everything on automatic refill but unfortunately they somehow fall off of that too. All in all it is still the best pharmacy I have ever used.
