I have been going here for years, and staff is aware of my blind mother with Alzheimer’s. Last time she went in the man doing her nails told her caregiver he was entitled to a larger tip becuase it was “a lot of work” among multiple eyerolls and sighs. This was extremely heartbreaking and I highly discourage anyone from giving their time/money to this establishment anymore.

Le did a great job for me....I'm a retired nurse and notice everything and suggest the salon needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

I have been going here for over a decade! I love the owner and his family, they do a fantastic job and the price is so reasonable compared to everywhere else in Dayton! I always ask for Ti to do my fingernails and 1st available for my pedicures. The gel nails last so long!

I will never I mean never ever go there again Their customer service skills suck, they are very rude. The man I should say and they did not give me what I wanted. I was just not satisfied and I will not recommend for anyone. To go there.

Honestly, the man who did my nails was good at was he does. However, his people and communication skills were weak. He was extremely rude, tried to overcharge me, raised his voice when I asked about pricing, and couldn't be bothered to grab me a water. Actually he told me there was none, while his wife proceeded to bring me one.
Now, I'm in the beauty industry. I would never leave a negative comment or poor tip unless I truly felt that I was being mistreated. If you're looking for a nice, peaceful, unrushed experience, go ANYWHERE else. I'm never going back.

This is the worst nail experience in my life my daughter can do a better job I spent 180 dollars at this place today for my daughter both medi and pedis just for my nails to come out like my daughter did them ! I am very disappointed

Absolutely love the Spa Pedicure at the Wilmington Pike store.... She does a great job and I use the massage chair while she's doing my pedicure!!

Low priced for a reason. Had shellac done 3 days ago. The guy filed so fast and rough that I had snags all over most of my nails. The shellac started chipping off within 24 hours. He destroyed my nails. He is not good at this at all. My daughter had a lady who did a good job. Don't go to the guy if you go there. He sucks. Not even worth $1.

Very rude and dirty/unhygienic . Told the guy doing my nails I was a licensed beauty professional and he still proceeded to file my nails with an old file he pulled from the trash can. Disgusting.
