Worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. They tell you someone will call you and it never happens. I’ve been calling pretty much every day, several times a day, and no one will help me. When you ask to speak to a manager, they tell you once again that they will have them call you but it still hasn’t happened in over a week even though my request is marked “critical”. We still do not have the supplies the physician ordered weeks ago and no one can tell me if or when I will get the supplies. I have even spent time calling other DME suppliers. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company if you don’t need to.

This place tries to make everything go rent-to-own situations even though it is covered by insurance. Have to bring this up with them, couldn't even get a call back. Turned into a pretty piss poor experience. Ended up going elsewhere.

Shout out to top notch employee Angelo. He did an awesome job setting up my husband's oxygen and explaining how to deal with the process of changing tanks, using a CPAP, etc. He is a real credit to the company.

I was sent the wrong mask so I went into the office in Huber Heights and Rachel and an other young man was able to get me the right mask right there on the spot, I thought I was going to have to wait for them to be ordered. I was very satisfied with that

Totally incompetent company to deal with. Took forever to get wheel chair then didnt recieve what was ordered. Called to get it returned, they give me a date for pick up. Noone called to let me know they changed the date.

Just received my CPAP Machine and needed help with set up. Took machine into the Huber Heights location and was helped by Rachel. She was very thorough and reviewed everything with me in detail. I was very pleased with the service I received and was able to use my machine that evening with no problems.

I had called in with a situation and Katie was very pleasant and helped me right away. To expedite the problem I was referred to the local store (just as a time saver). Sharice helped me and was very sweet. Solved my problem quickly and efficiently.

I appreciate that clinical support is available through Dasco. I had an issue which the nurse, Marcy, was extremely helpful in troubleshooting. She was patient, professional, and personable. Most of all, Marcy was knowledgeable.

I have had the best experience at the Dayton branch. They were very helpful and attentive. They even helped me solve a problem to where I didn’t have to get my cpap sent out to be looked at. Thank you so much Sharice, Rachel and Macie for all your help in this tough time. I appreciate it so much.

Drive to DASCO Dayton with wife to speak with staff, Sharice and Rachel about switching providers to DASCO. Sharice and Rachel were very knowledgeable and gave us the information we required to make the move to Dasco. They checked my health insurance, told us how to submit prescriptions, etc. very informed and organized staff. Thank you!Patrick

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I walked in within an hour before closing and the associate who helped me, Sharice, seemed happy to do so. I’m very happy with the service I received and would gladly return.
