Very disappointing service. My shipment was delayed, and when the courier came, he stayed only a few seconds before leaving. I was then forced to travel a long distance to the DHL branch to pick up my package myself. This is unacceptable and DHL must improve its delivery process.

If I could leave -5 stars, I honestly would. I ordered an item on February 4 with express shipping. It's the 11th and my item still isn't here. According to tracking, it was supposed to be here yesterday the 10th. I literally just got off the phone with the company and all they can tell me is that my item is in the truck waiting to be delivered. I asked would it be faster to pick it up and they said that I couldn't do that until tomorrow. I asked when does the truck leaving out for delivery and they didn't know that either.
So not only was I misled by their tracking system, they failed to even update my delivery date. For this to be am international shipment company, they're god awful. If you choose to use them, just know that you won't get your item on time, you won't be told when it's late and you'll probably be disappointed as I was...
Update..
After making some calls and emails, the issue was resolved quickly. I received my package. Everything was explained. I may have jumped the gun out of emotion but they handled the situation very professionally...

Came out DHL a little after 9 am this morning, Nov1st to pick up an urgent packaged document from the UK. The lady with the red hair in Dayton was so nice and helpful in getting the package for me so that I didn’t have to wait until Monday, November 4th for delivery. Thank you DHL!!!

I wish I could give no stars on this. Received a text stating delivery would be between 2pm and 4pm. Delivery was attempted at 9:39am. Attempted to contact DHL and make arrangements for redelivery. When I spoke with a service representative, I was asked to provide my address and was told my zip code did not match. I told him that they apparently had the wrong zip code but was told to contact the shipper to find out what zip code they had used. I had already given them the tracking number. Horrible customer service.
