Jake went above and beyond to help me with a package to ship. He was very patient and friendly even having to stay after hours to be able to help me! Thank you for making my first time at DHL a great experience!

Package was out for delivery, then I get a notification that the driver attempted delivery at 8:33 pm... It's 5: 37 pm, so congratulations your delivery driver invented time travel ,so he/ she could send a notification and not deliver my package! I know this because there was no attempt to deliver we have a door camera and nobody tried to deliver anything today. I will patiently wait 2 hrs for 8:33pm to come, just to tell that delivery driver about his success in time travel.

I will be using FedEx for my future international shipping needs. The woman with red hair working the counter needs some extensive customer service training! I guess she's lived in a little bubble her whole life and feels that it's acceptable to mock people from other countries in front of a customer she just met! From the moment she saw where I was sending my package, she started talking about "the bad things" happening in the world and how weird "they" dress. Then she opened the manilla envelope, took out the sealed white envelope, ripped the seal and looked through the folded papers inside. Not sure what she was looking for. I was livid by then, but I said nothing, for fear of something "happening" to my package. What a horrible experience.Then, they tried to deliver on the weekend, a day earlier than tracking said, but the receiver is a business, which was made perfectly clear when i send the package, so they were not open on the weekend. I got and email, saying that they were unable to deliver because no one was "home". And I needed to take action to reschedule delivery. I guess they are lacking experience with business shipping. Why couldn't they just try delivering the next day?! I guess the one star is for the fact that the package finally arrived at its destination!!

I was expecting a package so I got out of work a bit early so I could sign for it, at around 3:00PM, I received a notification that it was almost here. I immediately checked the map and the truck was literally infront of my building, which I found strange because it said "8 stops away". I then receive a notification from Parcel Pending that I have a package, so I go down stairs only to find the wrong package was delivered to me. I check the app and the app says that my package will be delivered shortly, I wait since I know sometimes the route these guys take are weird. I kept checking the app for 3 hours seeing the courier running back and forth around my area, and it kept saying "Our courier is a few stops away". I almost wanted to just get in my car and chase them down. The building I live in closes its doors at 6PM so I decided to wait infront of the building tracking the package. After waiting for an hour and a half outside, I see the truck on my app just head back to this DHL Service Point.So then I try to call them, and all I get are automated messages. It asks for the tracking number, I provide it and all I get is "That's not a correct tracking number, the tracking number is 10 digits long." I swear to you guys I'm putting the correct number, I even asked my girlfriend to see if I was derping and she got the same result.I decided to try the live chat feature, the person just told me "Well it says here it's out for delivery". I explained the situation, she apologized but said that the system really doesn't give her any more info so there's not much she could do.As I'm writting this I received an email saying that the package was received and that I signed it. I did NOT sign the package nor did I received it.Looking at the other reviews it seems its common practice for them to sign packages for the customer. I think this actually warrants them getting sued for fraud. I'll be contacting a lawyer in the comming days.

Picked up a package from the DHL Express service point today in Dayton, OH. Tom at the front desk went above and beyond, helping me to locate my pickup even though it was a few minutes after regular business hours when I arrived. Thanks to his quick and friendly service, I will now be able to provide gifts to the important women in my life in time for Mother's Day. Thank you Tom and DHL for your excellent service. 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would give zero stars if I could. I was told my package was coming on Sunday, but they delivered in the middle of the workday on Thursday, I requested for a signed delivery and package was delivered regardless of my wishes with no signature and was just left on the front porch (they gave no pictures either, I just have to believe it was delivered on their word alone) and surprise surprise, it was stolen. DHL took zero responsibility for all this and told me to complain to the seller if I wanted my money back. Awful service, awful company.

Abysmal customer service. Cannot reach anyone at this local service point. Talked to 3 separate reps; all of which did nothing to remedy the situation, which was a carrier error.

The delivered my wedding ring to the wrong address then “tried to recover the package “ when they couldn’t they basically said my bad you will have to file a claim with your purchaser!!!!! Took no responsibility for the lost package and had no sympathy. Thanks for giving away my wedding ring DHL
