We were off the highway with an issue. Stopped in 2 place whe were either closing orwould have 1-1/2 hour wait. Went in unaware of what to expect with a wheel issue. Discount Tire took very good care of us and explained to us what they would do for free and kept us up to date to anything they could find causing the issue. We got in right away and we're told when our van was being checked. Then they found a minor thing and offered us what to expect. After they were finished the bill was less then we expected and they brought the vehicle right to the front for us to get in. Great service, friendly people and just an all around great job. Thanks so much and we will be back when it is time for new tires as well as in for rotation and balancing.

We always make an appointment for service. The last 2 times I have taken my car here, both for rotation and balance, I ended up having to go back. My car has a tire sensor that needs to be reset, or it sends a warning error about tire pressure that causes features on the car not to work. The last time I was there, I specifically asked if the sensor had been reset. The tech told me yes, but it was clear he had no idea what I was talking about. The service person explained to him about the sensor, which prompted me to ask again if he's sure it was reset. My thought is that if the tech didn't know about the sensor, there was no way he reset it. That would also lead me to believe that the service person should have taken the initiative to go check, but that didn't happen.
Fast forward to the next day when I'm on my way to Iowa and the sensor warning kicks on. I had to make a stop in Dayton and find a shop to turn off the sensor. While the Dayton location was very accommodating and immediately fixed the problem, it was a hassle that added another hour to my already 9-hour drive. I was not happy, especially since I asked multiple times at the Grove City location if they reset the sensor.
Being that I paid for the tire rotation and balancing of my tires, I will have to go back. The staff is very friendly but I would also appreciate knowledgeable.

Didn't offer an alignment cause they didn't have the machine at the time to do it and failed to tell me to get one. After paying over $300.00 for tires guess what 8 months later steel belt showing needed new ones and didn't offer no remorse of course just another 300.00 to get new ones again and then go all the way to miamisburg to get an alignment done at their other store don't think so!! Make sure when you get new tires you better get an alignment or else forking out another 300.00 or more for your tires again. Honestly all tire stores should have a form for you to sign stating they offered it and either you declined it or offered to have it done elsewhere to cover yourself or them !!

Great customer service. Devonte Marshall is amazing to work with . He listened to what I needed and gave me several options for my budget. The entire crew were nice, but Devonte waited on me . I am now a loyal customer of Discount Tire on Poe Ave

Good shop. Seem to be good about not charging for something simple to gain business later. Also we're open to me getting tires elsewhere since they were so much cheaper and they would install.

Have been coming here for years and last Tuesday was one of the worst experiences I ever had I will not be returning I will find another tire shop to go to I went there on Tuesday only one person ahead of me took them 3 hours for a tire rotation and a balance when I get my car back my tires are vibrating down the road worse then what it was when I brought it in they did not balance them I don't know what they did but it's pathetic they have all new employees there and it seems to me as they have no idea what they are doing I would not even give it a one-star I have strongly recommended friends and family in the past and I will not anymore I will take my business elsewhere

One of my favorite places to do business with. Wow. I've had several things done with this store. I was so impressed with their friendliness and attentive nature to my situation. Whether it was sales or repairs. Always upfront and straight forward with you. This place gets my: you don't want to pass this place up. You want to put this place first in consideration when you need tires or work done on your vehicle. You won't be disappointed! Wow!
