The staff namely (Bri) and the other girl who is always there and sounds like she has a foreign accent, was very unprofessional and rude. And I was refused business based off an assumption and discrimination. I would not recommend anyone buy a car from there. The service is poor 👎🏾
I was able to be financed a vehicle at a more professional car lot, a car lot that didn’t judge me based off perception.
And their cars are way over priced. There was no manager on shift, it is a complete mess.

If I could have given zero stars that would have been ample. If you have the means to purchase a vehicle, do not take your money to these crooks. I purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS, which had problems from the time I drove it off the lot up to returning the vehicle. It is now currently listed back on their website for sale. Please do not take your business here!
Since I can’t reply to your comment I will add it here. I blatantly told you I was no longer paying for a vehicle that was broke down from the time I got it from you a year prior🤣 I returned the vehicle because it was no longer worth my money. It was sold to me with problems that were known to you and overpriced by you. I’m sure whoever has it now will have the same problems. Hands down best decision I made was giving it back and taking my money elsewhere still yet!!

Wow so now they comment on your post lying about your experience like saying I was late on payments even tho I bought it out right. Now after 45 days they haven't transfered the title in my name. This place is a joke

They are rude and they don’t fix your car and don’t come with a warrant sold as it is. The workers are con artists and the managers are ignorant. They sold me a car within a month the fuel pump went out the I took it in to be fixed the workers joy ride in my car and damaged my tires I complained to manager and he laugh and told me not to come back

Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. When I first bought my car, I noticed issues with it within a day of the purchase. I asked if there was a warranty, and the girl told me it depends on if I make my payments on time—what kind of answer is that?! Haven’t even had my car for 7 months and it broke down, and I told them to come pick it up. It’s been weeks now, and I still have no idea what’s going on because their communication is non-existent. They haven’t bothered to update me at all. This dealership seriously needs to fix their cars or offer replacements for customers who have stressfully paid on time for these lemon cars! I don’t even understand how they’re still in business. There needs to be a lawsuit taken against them. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I give the 1 star. They have NO communicating skills. Selling cars on marker place. But can't put the price of the vehicles
