We were absolutely pleased with our move! From the time we met Nate and to getting moved in was such a pleasant experience. Kyle was fantastic and so helpful! And the guys that helped unload were so nice! All of our belongings arrived in one piece and were taken care of. This was a long move to Colorado and you all served us very well. We will refer those we know in Ohio to you with the highest of recommendations! Thankyou so much!

This crew is top notch! From the initial contact with Jen to the guys making sure we were 100% happy before they left after the move we could not be happier!! They gave me a 9.5/10 for my packing and readiness and give them a 10/10. Tyler, Lemar, Nathan and Hunter got us to our end town, there also was Joe jr., Jayden and Damien who were at the start. One team, one goal and they exceeded our expectations! In fact, I jokingly told them they packed up our 3 bedroom house in the time it took me to run a wash load and have that load run thru the dryer. We are impressed and blessed we found them. Thank you all very much!

I have never had such a positive moving experience (and I’ve had more than a dozen) and there are not enough words to express how positive and grateful I feel about Dow Moving company and their team. From the estimating process with Nate, the communication and flexibility throughout, and most importantly, the team.. Josh, Jason, Isaiah, Brody, Steve, John, Nick (and quite a few others at times during the move)… these guys were not only incredibly proficient and careful with all of our stuff, they added so much to what is a really stressful experience for most people by being exceptionally kind, accommodating and professional, but also funny and enjoyable to be around. They never appeared to be exhausted and wanting to rush or wrap up.. through the very end, their attitude was nothing but positive and tremendously helpful - I never felt that anything I was asking was anything but a pleasure for them to complete (literally!). As you probably know, these things make a HUGE difference in a stressful experience. A couple examples of going above and beyond - Isaiah went on his own accord and got a bowl and filled it with cold water and brought it out to my dog who was sitting with me outside while I was directing the unpacking (seriously thoughtful.. just incredible). A vase that I loved broke during transit. I was not angry about this at all, just sad because I loved the vase. Josh and Isaiah were so reassuring and were trying to look online to find a replacement. Josh carefully laid out every piece and said that he could work on this to try and put it back together and talked about the process. He took the pieces with him to work on and delivered it back to me looking great!! Also, they took away the furniture we didn’t want but also stuff we needed to throw away and then also, without being asked for the help, offered and then took away large cardboard boxes from other stuff we had unboxed and assembled on our own before the move. These gestures were so kind and appreciated! These guys are not only excellent movers, they are really good people. I’m so glad I decided to work with you all - I had a gut instinct from my interactions with Nate, and you all exceeded every expectation! You have built something really special and I’m proud to be one of your customers! Thank you!!

Absolutely the worst moving experience imaginable.
Dow Moving was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The crew showed up at 8:30am and immediately proved they had zero respect for our time or money. Their “water break” dragged on for over 30 minutes. Their “lunch break”? An hour and a half. And to top it off, one of their workers literally locked himself in our bathroom for over an HOUR, completely ignoring knocks and banging on the door until finally mumbling, “yah man, I’m fine.” The rest of the team acted like this was totally normal.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the bill was $500 more than the original quote because they decided to add a 4th mover without telling us until the job was done — basically cornering us into paying for something we never agreed to. That’s flat-out dishonest.
They also managed to lose the hardware for our TV and break a lamp. When we called to complain about how unacceptable this all was, the response we got was dismissive at best.
This company is unprofessional, careless, and shady with their pricing. If you value your money, your time, and your belongings, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Dow Moving.

First time using this company, and I am less than happy. The quoted price was for 3 men, the crew showed up with 4. Didn't explain that would be an additional charge, but I would not have minded had they finished quicker than estimated (you'd think that would be the case with an extra guy). One of the crew members spent over an hour in my bathroom. They lost the hardware to one of my televisions, so I cannot put it on the stand Total time ended up being an hour more than quoted, but the price I was charged was over $500 more than the max estimated quote. Will not use again and do not recommend.

I’ve used Dow for two moves now and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They are careful, thorough and efficient. Not to mention AFFORDABLE! We are customers for life!

Dow made the moving process smooth from start to finish. Nate gave a very competitive estimate, and checked in as the date was closer to the move. Jeremy and his crew did a great job despite sweltering heat and even made friends with my two dogs. They were cheerful and extremely helpful.
When there was minor damage to a piece of furniture, they were swift to admit culpability and paid for the repair. This was amazing with all of the other stress with moving.
I would definitely recommend Dow Moving.

Dow Moving did a wonderful job moving a two-bedroom apartment's worth of items for me yesterday! I had never used professional movers before, and they made the process so easy to understand and were straightforward on the cost. They showed up on time, and communicated great leading up to the move. They called the day before the move to confirm everything, and texted me the morning of to notify me that they were on their way. Kegan and Isaiah were efficient, yet careful with all my items at the same time. They were also flexible as not all the items ended up being moved, and we had to load some of them into my pick up truck instead of into the new place. It was a hot July day, but they took on the challenge like pros and actually moved all of my items under the estimated time! Therefore the final amount due was less than expected, which is always great. Thank you so much Dow Moving! I will definitely be using you in the future for my next move!!

This is a very hard and fast working group of guys! They were organized, and very efficient! They worked awesome together and had a game plan. Very courteous . I even got to work with a young man named Kyle that went to our church when he was little. Great to see him again! I’d give them a 10 if I could but 5 GOLD stars work! Thanks Dow Moving!

This is third time I have used Dow Movers in the last 6 months. Each time the experience was exceptional. They are on time, efficient, careful with your items and go-the-extra-mile to help your move go well. They helped me move into my new home and storage facility, move my elderly aunt from her home to her nursing-care studio room and finally moved furniture to my place of work. Some of the transfers were large moves and others small- they handled all with ease and competence. Use this company, you will be pleased.

This was my first time using movers. I called several moving companies and Dow did the best job at providing a detailed quote and walking me through the process. I needed to change my original move date and they even accommodated me. I was happy. The mover arrived timely and stayed efficient and friendly during the move. Unfortunately, during my unpacking stage of the move, I identified items were missing (my child’s items at that). Upon calling Dow to notify them of the missing items, I was told by the manger I’d receive a call back regarding the items after an internal investigation. I never received a return call. My items were never offered to be replaced and no accountability was taken. Steer clear from this company. The intake was great but the part that actually mattered- moving my items safely and securely- fell through. My child had to be the one to realize her items were missing! Great job at making a teen cry!
