For such a big store, it had a Very limited selection of dress work shoes, staff was rather indifferent and not very helpful or knowledgeable.

For the women it is great. A large selection of shoes especially sporty shoes and sandals. The only thing is there is not many shoes for business or corporate wear. I liked their clearance section too. My male family members were upset that the men's section was small.

and everything I chose says: 4-7 day store pickup. Then I call the store 3 times and NO ONE answered. Frustrating..

Large selection, good quality. Has more foot related stuff than just shoes. A little pricey but makes up for it in selection.
