I toured the property with a prospective resident. Nicole was very helpful and answered all our questions. It was evident the property is well maintained, there is a sense of community and Nicole is a positive presence in the community. It was a very good experience.

This property is so lovely. It is a beautiful setting, tucked back into a beautiful wooded setting overlooking a sports area of Oakwood with some beautiful wooded spaces as well. So quiet and peaceful. I love the amenities like the grill deck and a separate fire pit area as well as a beautiful heated pool and a whole complex water softener!! They have truly thought of it all at Element. Nicole was so thoughtful and thorough in her presentation. I enjoyed meeting her.

Nicole was extremely professional and welcoming. She took extra time to answer all of our questions and went over the available options with us multiple times. During our tour, she even knew all the residents by name, which made the community feel very warm and inviting. This looks like a wonderful place to live

We were the first residents to move into this property. Our apartment was the first one finished. Moved to Texas in April of this year (2024) and here we are back in Ohio and this is the only place we wanted to live at again. We love it here and this is home. Beautiful property.

The property here is very beautiful. If you want your park car parked inside you are able to with being able to go to your car without stepping outside and your vehicle will stay protected from the weather elements.I did really enjoy meeting with Jen, she takes pride in helping this property be of excellence.

The area is nice, safe and onsite staff are very easy to work with. The building is poorly constructed. The walls and floors are unbearably thin. You can hear almost everything your neighbors do including flushing the toilets and taking showers. The regional management is very unprofessional and do not give the same attention the on-site management does to problem with the building. The units have a great aesthetic but the quality of the units are not worth the cost.
