The "enchiladas" were a plateful of the most liquid mush I've ever been served. The refried beans practically dropped through the fork and the barbacoa was completely without flavor.Really disappointing.

Our waiter Randy was not attentive at all waited 15 minutes to get drink refills. Apps came out after our mains but the worst thing of all was I saw not only our waiter touch the dust pan bottom with his hands but touched the side of the trash can with his hands and not wash. Great Tex-Mex style food, drinks. On the visit to this location, management had only one server working the dining room so she was extremely busy. She was excellent, however. Management needs to do better for their staff.

The place is too loud. You have to raise your voice to have a conversation. The service was great. We ordered Mexican, and it was ok. Rice was really good, so were the refried beans. But the chimichanga was a little disappointing. It just doesn't seem like Elsa's standard.

If you don't close until 11pm, THEN YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 11PM. Ya'll lazy a$ses. It doesn't say anywhere on your website that your kitchen closes AN HOUR EARLIER THAN YOUR CLOSING TIME. On a Friday night, no less!! GD. Everyone gives phuck all anymore about having good business practices since COVID.

Super burrito with shredded beef had more refried beans mixed in it than beef. ? Cheap print paper menu said $14.50. Bill came to $17.50? $9 Bad Juan!?! Total rip-off. ?

I was there last weekend with 3 family members and we had a server who served us without a smile and did not make sure we had everything we needed; utensils, cups of water, cios and salsa and etc.. When we asked for extra jalapeños, she never brought them out and we had to ask another server for assistance. What Topped off the poor service is we were handed our bill and then she handed the table next to ours their bills and she collected their money before ours. Leaving us waiting until she finished them. It was apparent that we received extremely poor service because we are minorities. NEVER AGAIN!!

Seedy location. The manager is aggresive and does not do any work himself. The servers are always on their phone and the location attracts a weird crowd. Shady place, stay away from
