It honestly was a weird experience. Initially they kinda ignored us. But after the lady said check the back wall. And my wife found sorta what she wanted for our Lynxx hair. As my wife was about to check out the lady's customer service turned on. She actually took the hair extensions back and helped her find the perfect extensions for Lynxx. (She's 5 and wants long braids. She is mix. Black/White beautiful little creature. I'm French white as she is Nigerian black) weird thing. The hair was cheaper. Also these people have GREAT prices. Good people, good prices and wide selection.

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service! I’ve been shopping at this beauty store for over 10 years and they just lost a loyal customer. The women who checked me out deserves a ethics and customer service workshop. I truly hope no one continues to shop here.
