The people there were very friendly and helpful.My sales consultant Warren Shehee was very absorbent to my wants and needs and Nathan worked very hard at making this a good experiment. I purchased my 2023 Chrysler 300 back back in August and had the interior change to red. My sales Rep Deonte and Katskin both did a great job, but when I got my car back I did not have the "S" embroidery on my head rests as promised. It has now been a month later and I was told that the dealership was waiting to hear back from Katskin, but when I reach out to the company myself and was told that the dealership never reached out to them. I was told they were waiting on a response from Joshua to go forward and I am still waiting. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Warren Shehee at Dayton dodge. There were many obstacles that were difficult to deal with and I was sure I wouldn’t get my dream car. And I couldn’t believe it when warren told me he got it approved. I highly recommend Dayton Dodge . Oh and of course warren he gets the it done.

Difficult to make a service appointment. I had to make six calls. The first was probably voice over internet and a poor connection. Then I called again and explained what service that I needed and was placed on hold. After 5 minutes I gave up. Another dealer couldn’t get me in until Wednesday. As desired service to get on the road, I called DAYTON CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM again, after two calls that went unanswered, I finally got through. I explained the service desired three times and was scheduled at a time that worked well for me. It sounded like I was talking to someone in the Philippines, but the local service manager said it is actually in Kentucky that the call center is located. When I arrived, the scheduling people hadn’t relayed the service that I asked for. Surprise ! I was able o get a diesel filter change as requested and waited an hour and forty five minutes. The text and email received apparently allows a person to see the progress of the appointment. Three hours late the status is “inspection in progress” and the service and completion are not marked as ready. What a waste of money this dealer is spending for this if you can’t rely on the text and emails to “check the progress”. Why have technology if it doesn’t work or your team wont use it? Ditch the money spent on this and return the savings to your customers! Id also recommend that management “test” the call center occasionally and see if the calls are being answered with great customer service and accuracy.

Warren Shehee made the car buying experience a really good one for us. We were able to get into our dream truck and are extremely grateful. We didn’t think the deal was going to work for us at first but Warren spent DAYS going back and forth, trying to make it happen and he did! Great experience! If you need to buy a car, go see Warren!

Let me tell you about my experience at Dayton Chrysler. Warren Shehee sold me my 2021 Jeep renegade latitude and he was amazing if you need a new or used vehicle this is the guy to ask for. In June we called to schedule service on my van's air conditioning. They could not get us in for a month. Took it in and after almost a week of hearing nothing we called. They told us they were waiting on a part and it should be finished the next day. When it wasn't ready they told us they got the wrong part. Finally picked up van and the air worked that day and then stopped working again. Called so they could fix it... Was another month before they could get it in even though it should have been under warranty. Took van in Tuesday afternoon and have geard nothing. Called today and when they didn't answer left a message. They still haven't called back. Unless we want to pay someone else to fix the van we are stuck dealing with them now.

I wish half a star was possible. Unprofessional, unorganized, understaffed, literally could not get in touch with them for service on a car, when I finally did they said they didn’t have service logs for any non Chrysler Jeep or Dodge vehicle, then they did, then they could fix it, then they couldn’t. Kinda wish they took a more direct hit from those tornadoes.

I do not recommend this business, it has been an awful experience and I have spent too much time dealing with this. I worked with the salesperson and was upfront about the negative equity being an issue and if he couldn’t help us, it was ok, but couldn’t move forward. He responded asking when we could get there. We live an hour away, so going until we had numbers wasn’t an option. He was very willing and I thought going to work for us, but it was only for a sale. He wanted us to fill out a credit app, which I thought must be for pre approval because I asked if it was a hard or soft credit inquiry. I explained we didn’t want any inquiries unless we knew we were moving forward. He said it was a soft hit, so I took his word for it and filled it out. However, it was a hard credit and we now have THREE new inquiries for a deal that was never to our expectations because the negative equity, which he knew from the start.

This dealership has been through so many managers. You cannot get true facts. I'm sure they may get it straightened out, but even though I'm a Jeep owner, I could not do future business with them.

If I could leave no stars I would. My mother and I were in a car accident and my mother had her car towed here to get it fixed all they did was give her a major run around they couldn’t keep anyone there. Insinuated that my mother lied and treated her as though she is incompetent. Lied to her about things being fixed for months claimed they fixed her bumper when they didn’t. So unless you want a run around and lied to don’t go here!

I do not recommend their body shop and I do not recommend dealing with Mark Barberine.As self-paying individual and spending over $1,600 for a simple paint job, I am beyond frustrated. If I wanted poor service or incomplete work, I would’ve saved hundreds of dollars and went somewhere else.At this location, expectations will not be met. You will not receive a call on days that were given by the “Body Shop Manager.” You will have to physically drop-by to check the status of your vehicle. The cost of repair will increase by almost $300 for work that should’ve already been expected. Parts will be damaged on your vehicle (and be on back-order and not delivered for over a month). To drive your car away, you will pay full price for a vehicle that is not completely repaired. Your vehicle will not be cleaned (dusty inside and out). And your check engine light will be on.If you are going to pay for work yourself, I do not recommend this location. Please, go somewhere else!

I had a great experience here. I love my new jeep. Jimmy Pennington was very helpful and professional. Definitely will recommend him to all the people I know to buy a vehicle from.
