I asked to cancel due to health reasons. My doctor filled out the form they stupidly require because my HEALTH is none of their business. Come to find out the form isn’t good enough they have to speak with the doctors office to confirm that they in fact filled out the form. Obviously they did because I do not know my doctors license numbers. They called the doctor ONCE before the holidays and never me or them again to advise if anything else was needed. I call again because it’s about time for the monthly payment so I double checked that it was cancelled and they had all they needed. The phone rings and rings and after my third call in finally someone answers who clearly is foreign and is used to being yelled at all day because this place is a literal scam and they know it. Anyways, I ask if my account closed and they say no. I said okay that would have been nice to know because the monthly payment is about due. He said oh by the way don’t forget on the first you owe your annual renew basically insinuating they won’t have this process still completed though I started it before thanksgiving. This place is awful.

If you want to listen to 80s music until you hear it when you close your eyes and dream about it when you sleep just come workout here. Management said they play this for the older people, I've never heard anything else and everyone that comes here is 40 and under

There are better gyms in the area. I was absolutely lied to about what I had access to with my membership. I was told I could go to any location, but I physically got kicked out when I went to a different gym than where I purchased my membership. I was also told I could have unlimited access to the indoor track and tanning beds only to be kicked out of the area on my first visit because "I purchased a lower tier of membership". They also said I would have lower payments after the first 6 months, but the charges never changed. I was also lied to about a 3 year contract commitment. Once you hit the 3 year contract, you have to call a 3rd party financial group to cancel. But you can't just cancel over the phone. You then have to email A 30 DAY NOTICE (like you're paying rent) that you want to cancel. So you have to pay for an extra month. So that begs the question, can I use the gym for the extra month I'm paying? Nope! They remove your access as soon as the receive the email. Shady practices and less than ideal equipment made me regret ever signing up.

Horrible gym, never clean, staff unfriendly, will tell you what your signing up for is not a contract but it really is complete false advertising money hungry demons

This place is a massive scam. They tell you you can cancel the membership at anytime with 30-day notice and then then around and lock you into a 3-year contract that you can’t break without paying over $1000 - on top of that the facility is dirty and the lockerooms are disgusting

People set up camp and live in the locker room. If you decide you don’t want to pay to workout in a homeless shelter- like if you’re not comfortable with people shooting up and sleeping in the changing rooms where you pay a decent amount of money to come to exercise - and you want to cancel your membership… that’s going to cost you about $1000 because the staff doesn’t disclose they’re signing you up for a 3 YEAR contract.

It’s impossible to cancel your membership and the only music they play is 80s radio all day every single day it’s like some horror movie you can’t escape , so bring headphones. Don’t recommend starting a membership at all

Everything's broken - water fountains, locker room entry, lockers. even the bathrooms. Showers make no sense if you've been to any other gym.24/7?: You'll be told it's 24/7 before you buy your membershipas of August 4th 2023, it is NOT. No really, regardless of what you're told , it isn't.Read your contract and take a tour before purchasing membership if you don't want a 3 year membership don't want mediocrity. The theater rooms screen looks like every DVD played is a bootleg of a bootlegp.s. sauna really needs cleaned along with many other things, badly.

This is one of my favorite gyms in town. They have a sauna in the womens room(idk about the men). They have a great area catered to women, so we get a lot more machines for our specific needs(usually gyms cater to men and bodybuilding). Which is very refreshing, especially for someone with PTSD due to violence from men. Sometimes the gym can be very triggering for me and ruins my workout. I really appreciate that. The gym itself has a wonderful vibe. I started at the gym in Kettering, by my house but this one is just a better fit for me. They also have a movie room where you can use treadmills and such. They have a room made for boxing, dance, etc workouts. I am overall very happy with this gym.

I stopped in while traveling for work for the week. The gym has a ton of great equipment and space so everyone is not on top of each other. It has a lot of old school bodybuilding style machines. This will be my gym of choice anytime I visit. The manager, Jeff was very friendly and allowed me to get a day pass.

If you are planning on signing up for this gym READ THE SMALL PRINT the guy with one eye screwed me (18 M) he did not tell me that i was signing a 3 year contract and if i wanted to cancel before than i would have to pay $700 he knew what he was doing and still did it to me not a cool guy. Also i have had females who have gone too that gym and relocated because he was being creepy to them WOULD NOT RECOMMAND
